We want you to imagine the life of a tree,

It stands tall,

It breathes the elements,

It requires water and sunlight,

It doesn't worry about where these elements come from,

Knowing it will be divinely taken care of,

It confidently receives the sun and the rain,

It lies dormant in winter and comes to life in the spring and summer,

It creates the most beautiful gifts of abundance,

Fruits,

Flowers,

You can confidently give without expectation,

You can create and build and trust without question that we will provide for you,

Always leading you down the path to your greatest expansion,

We know how to make you think,

We know what people,

Circumstances,

Challenges,

Signs,

Coincidences,

To send you,

For you to come to the next realization,

We know the trajectory of your greatest expansion,

All you have to do is follow your joy,

Maybe they point at something or bend down to look at something,

They get excited about a flower or a squirrel,

They playfully,

Joyfully enjoy this walk with you,

Now take a closer look at this child's face,

As they look up at you,

You realize,

This little one is you,

Your younger self,

Your inner child is staring right back at you,

Imagine their clothing,

What are they wearing,

What color shoes,

What color coat,

Now look at their face,

It is full of joy,

Inquiry,

Curiosity,

Peace,

And happiness,

Their eyes are full of wonder,

They sparkle,

They look at you with admiration,

With trust and awe,

You are everything,

They literally look up to you,

Now imagine yourself leaning down and getting on their level,

Kiss their cheek,

And tell them that they are perfect,

That there is nothing to worry about,

Because you are here to love them unconditionally,

That life is meant to be fun,

And you will make it so that it can be for them,

Tell them that they are 100% safe with you,

That everything will be okay,

Always,

Because they can put their faith in you,

They are free to be who they are,

Explore the world as they wish,

And be true to themselves,

You will support them in every step of the way,

But for now,

It is time for play,

Give them a hug,

Awesome guided meditation. And one of the very, very few walking meditations over 30 minutes. At first the use of “we” was disconcerting, but then I really got into it. Found this meditation to be very uplifting and joyful, loving, and it sang to my soul. Thank you!
