That was excellent. I normally look at reviews before listening but I took a chance on this meditation- the title sounded perfect. The 4:6 breathing really made a difference in my anxiety and body tension. I actually feel relaxed and that ball of tightness in my chest is gone. At one point I felt I was floating on a cloud- I didn’t feel my body underneath me. Maybe it’s my tired brain but I’m adding this to my favorites.
