I’m grateful to have discovered this meditation. I listened to it for the first time last night before falling asleep, and I liked it so much that I played it again first thing this morning after waking up — and certainly not for the last time. With a calm and pleasant voice, Shanaya Gordon gently guides you into a quiet, peaceful state of being. I can’t emphasize enough how important the absence of background music is for me as a highly sensitive person, as I often find music in other meditations distracting and intrusive. By relying solely on her voice, the author, guide, and narrator creates the space for deep relaxation, allowing this meditation to unfold its full beneficial effect. A heartfelt thank you for this wonderful offering.

Listening to this meditation was a wonderfully relaxing experience, with the teacher’s soft-spoken, slow-paced words and the gentle cadence of her kind voice deepening the message of easing life’s burdens through acceptance rather than resistance along our path. The fact that there was no background music, but simply stillness, was a very welcome plus. I will certainly listen to this meditation again and also explore more offerings by this teacher. The only thing that slightly distracted me was the frequent repetition of the phrase "I invite you to" — perhaps this could be varied a little.
