Begin by finding a comfortable position.

You may sit or lie down,

Whichever feels best for you.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Then slowly exhale.

Take a moment to let your body settle.

Notice how it feels to simply be still.

Begin to bring your attention to your breath,

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

Allowing your abdomen to expand fully.

Hold for a moment,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Feeling your body release and relax with each breath.

With each exhale,

Imagine any tension or stress melting away,

Leaving your body feeling lighter and more at ease.

Picture a warm,

Calming light washing over you from head to toe,

Soothing every muscle,

Every fiber of your being.

Let go of any thoughts or worries,

Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Now gradually shift your focus to the energy within you.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing in fresh,

Revitalizing energy.

Feel this energy filling your lungs,

Spreading through your chest and radiating out to every part of your body.

Good.

With each inhale,

You become more aware of this vibrant,

Dynamic energy.

Visualize this energy as a bright,

Invigorating light that grows stronger and brighter with each breath.

Inhale.

Feel it awakening your senses,

Bringing clarity to your mind,

Strength to your body.

Exhale.

Imagine this light pulsing through you,

Infusing you with a sense of vitality and readiness.

Inhale,

Feeling that pulsating energy,

And exhale.

Take a moment to focus on how this energy feels.

Notice the sensation of aliveness,

The subtle tingling in your fingertips,

The gentle hum of vitality coursing through you.

Embrace this feeling,

Letting it lift your spirits and fill you with a sense of purpose and motivation.

Inhale and exhale.

Letting all the air out.

Good.

Now slowly begin to guide this energy back to a place of calm and balance.

Picture the bright,

Invigorating light gently softening,

Transforming back into a warm,

Soothing glow.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself settling into this calm energy,

Like a gentle wave returning to the shore.

Let your breath return to a natural,

Unhurried rhythm.

Feel the peaceful,

Relaxed state returning to your body,

But now with a subtle undertone of the energy you've cultivated.

You are calm yet alert,

Relaxed yet vibrant.

Once more,

Imagine the warm,

Calming light enveloping you,

But this time it is infused with the gentle hum of the energy you've gathered.

Allow this sensation of relaxation and energy to fill you completely.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Savoring this balanced state of calm and vitality.

Inhale calm.

Exhale calm.

Inhale energy.

Exhale energy.

Inhale calm.

Exhale calm.

Exhale energy.

When you are ready,

Bring your awareness back to the room and flutter your eyes open.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.
