We now move to the heart chakra. Heart chakra located in the center of the chest near the heart. The heart chakra is the element of air. It deals with love. Connection. Compassion. And processes grief and loss. It is also the location of empathy and forgiveness. So go ahead and bring your attention to the center of the chest. And allow yourself to notice the space all around the heart, Not just the inside of it. And let's repeat the following phrases, Either out loud or just in your own mind. I am open to love.
