It's time to take some time for yourself.

You are doing amazing and you are in the exact right place at the exact right time,
Doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing.
So for now let's start off with a warm loving embrace.
Imagine as if you are being wrapped up in this most comfortable blankie.
A fluffy blankie,
A heavy weighted blankie,
You decide.
Be wrapped up in this loving,
Loving sensation.
And for a second decide if this blanket is fluffy,
Maybe it has a specific color.
Just feel how it's wrapped around you.
And now imagine as if this blanket is hugging you with all the love you've received in your whole entire life up to this moment in time.
Receive all that love which was present till this moment.
Feel it around you and then all the love that you are currently experiencing in your current life,
Feel it wrapped around you and then all the love you will experience in all the moments to come.
Really feel that blanket around you,
Feel that hug,
That loving sensation,
That warming essence,
Really allow yourself to receive now.
Breathing in and out,

Surrendering to wherever you are sitting or lying down,
Really soften now.
There is no need to have any facade or mask on,
You can let go of all the beliefs,
