Welcome to today's practice,

Journey to Your Light.

Thank you for taking time to be with yourself,

Connecting to your light,

Listening to your needs.

Welcome.

Enjoy this journey,

This moment for you.

Bring yourself to a comfortable position you can be in for the next couple of minutes.

You can choose to sit down,

You can choose to lay down,

Whatever feels good to you.

Just a moment to settle in.

Really gift yourself that time to wiggle into the perfect spot,

That place where you can get into full relaxation.

Letting everything go,

Just really coming to the present moment,

Connecting to your breath,

Feeling that you're breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out and with every breath you feel you are becoming a little heavier,

You are becoming a little softer,

A little closer to yourself.

Breathing in and out and I want to remind you that in this moment in time there is nothing you need to do,

There is nowhere you need to be.

Whenever your mind wanders off just come back to my voice,

Come back to your breath,

You are here.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out and to start off we are going to bring our focus in and in and in,

Coming closer to yourself.

So for now find a sound outside of the room you are in.

Just see if there is one sound outside of the room you are in and you can place your attention and awareness onto that sound and just follow it.

Follow it for a second as if your ears can travel with the sound.

Then bring all your attention and awareness to a sound inside of the room you are in.

And once again just travel with the sound,

Follow it.

And then coming back to your own sound,

Your own breath,

Feeling and hearing that you are breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out and if there are any niggles or wiggles in your body that are still present just give them space and do whatever you need to do in order to be really in the moment.

Maybe you want to roll your shoulders or check in with your neck.

Maybe there is a yawn stuck in your throat.

Maybe you want to move your face a little bit,

Just see what is present for you.

Breathing in and out and just for now checking in with your whole being so often we are physically present but are we actually present with our whole being.

Checking in with your physical body,

Feeling into your whole physical body from top to bottom,

Left to right,

Front to back.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling into your whole physical body.

How do you feel?

And just take note there is no need to judge anything,

You can just notice what is present and give space to it.

By acknowledging and accepting it,

It will find its own way moving on,

Moving through.

Checking in with your mental body now.

How is your mind?

How is your mental body?

Where is it at?

Is it calm or is it maybe a rocky sea?

Just see,

Take note.

In between,

Stay with your breath.

How is your emotional body?

How do you feel?

Checking in with your emotional body.

Breathing in and out and just once again taking note,

Observing.

You are safe and all is well.

Checking in with your energetical body now.

How do you feel energetically?

Are there maybe places stuck in your body where you feel a little tight or maybe a little tired or are there places where it feels super open and abundant?

Just check in with your whole energetical body and once again top to bottom,

Left to right,

Front to back,

Just feel into your whole space,

Your whole being.

Breathing in and out and connecting with your spiritual body.

How do you feel connected to the wider world around you?

Do you feel very alone or do you feel supported and guided?

Once again,

All is well and just take note however you feel.

Breathing in and out,

Giving yourself a soft smile,

A soft smile on your face and feeling how even that movement of your lips,

Your smile is bringing this whole nourishing sensation into your body.

Feel instantly that expansion in your breath.

Whilst being in this present state,

Just be there for a second and maybe you are floating,

Maybe you are really grounded.

All is well.

You are here.

And just let the following words wash over you.

As I began to love myself,

I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.

Today I know this is authenticity.

As I began to love myself,

I understood how much it can offend somebody as I try to force my desires on this person.

Even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it and even though this person was me.

Today I call it respect.

As I began to love myself,

I stopped craving for a different life and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.

Today I call it maturity.

As I began to love myself,

I understood that at any circumstance,

I am in the right place at the right time and everything happens at the exactly right moment.

So I could be calm.

Today I call it self-confidence.

As I began to love myself,

I quit stealing my own time and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.

Today I only do what brings me joy and happiness,

Things I love to do and that make my heart cheer.

And I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm.

Today I call it simplicity.

As I began to love myself,

I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health.

Food,

People,

Things,

Situations and everything that drew me down and away from myself.

At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism.

Today I know it is love of oneself.

As I began to love myself,

I quit trying to always be right and ever since I was wrong less of the time.

Today I discovered that it's modesty.

As I began to love myself,

I refused to go on living in the past and worry about the future.

Now I only live for the moment where everything is happening.

Today I live each day,

Day by day and I call it fulfillment.

As I began to love myself,

I recognize that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick.

But as I connected it to my heart,

My mind became a valuable ally.

Today I call this connection wisdom of the heart.

We no longer need to fear arguments,

Confrontations or any kinds of problems with ourselves or others.

Even stars collide and out of their crashing new worlds are born.

Today I know that is life.

Breathing in and out and just letting those words wash over you and see where they are finding its way,

Whatever they are telling you.

Whatever stood out or resonated for you is your moment.

It's your message.

Breathing in and out and sinking into your seat,

Feeling your feet,

Feeling your legs,

Feeling your body,

Feeling that they are becoming heavier and heavier.

Connecting to your light,

You are such a light being.

But often we forget our light just because we are out there protecting ourselves with all the layers around us.

And in this time you can let all those guards down knowing that whenever you show up from that authentic space,

That space of true self-love,

You and the universe can start to co-create.

And through shining your light you can start to weave,

You can start to connect.

So for now bring all your attention and awareness towards your center,

Just underneath your belly button.

Your center,

Your power center,

Really start to focus just on that one point underneath your belly button,

Almost as if there is this energetical opening.

Or maybe it's closed,

Just check in.

How does that part of your body feel?

Breathing in and out,

Really start to place all that attention and awareness to that one point in your body.

Noticing how it feels,

Noticing if it's awake,

If it's vibrant,

If it's tight,

If it's closed.

Just see what is present for you in this moment in time.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

And with every breath,

In and with every breath out,

Imagine as if you are softening that center.

You are softening that center and slowly whilst feeling safe and calm,

That center is able to open up.

Opening up,

Opening up.

And this little light starts to shine.

You start to see,

Maybe in the distance,

Like this little light in that center of yours and it starts to open up.

Breathing in and out.

And with every breath in and out,

That light starts to become a little brighter,

Starts to feel comfortable to shine bright and really allow to let that light shine bright,

Open it up,

Expand.

That's right.

Breathing in and out.

Deep breaths in and out,

Feeling that part of your body expand now,

Really allowing yourself to let it shine bright,

Bright,

Bright,

Open,

Open,

Open.

See how far you can go with that light.

See how far it can reach.

And maybe it also goes to the back and to the sides,

But see how far it can reach.

Really challenge yourself.

Really see how far it wants to open up.

Deep breaths in and out,

Open,

Open,

Open.

Now when you think you are on your furthest away with that light,

Almost as if you have a volume button,

Dial up with 10%,

Reach even further,

10%,

Open,

Open,

Open.

Keep it up,

Keep it up,

Keep it up.

And once again,

10% more,

Dial it up,

Really stretch it out now.

Open up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up.

You are here and letting it go.

Perfect.

And see whatever space you created now,

Whatever opened up even further,

Just let it be.

Let it be there.

You don't need to do anything.

It is here already.

Brilliant work.

Well done.

Now you bring all your attention and awareness towards your heart center,

In the middle of your chest.

Breathing in and out,

Focusing on the middle of your chest.

And it's up to you if you feel you want to place a hand on it,

Yes or no.

But once again,

In your own time,

Start to really connect with that part of your body.

Deep breaths in and out,

Connecting with that part first.

Maybe you haven't connected to your heart in so long,

So it might feel far away,

But know that it's always there.

Breathe in and out.

And always be there with the present mind,

Really feel into it.

Don't anticipate what it might feel like,

But really feel it.

Connecting to your heart center and observing,

Noticing how does it feel?

How does that part of your body feel?

Does it feel regulated and open?

Does it feel shy?

Does it feel angry?

Does it feel broken?

Does it feel in love?

Does it feel bubbly and vibrant?

Just see what comes up for you.

Breathing in and out.

And once again,

With every breath in and out,

That center of yours starts to open up just a little bit.

There is no need to force,

It will appear in its own time that light of yours.

It is always there within you,

Yet sometimes there are some layers of fear wrapped around it and that is okay.

But it's just there for protection.

But now you are in a safe space to let it all go.

Connecting to your heart space and see how with every breath in and out that space is opening up.

Maybe you feel that it's becoming a little warm or maybe you feel different sensations.

Just stay with your breath and see how that space is opening up now.

Opening up,

Up,

Up.

From within that light starts to shine.

You see that light shining forward.

Breathing in and out,

Almost as if your heart is being massaged,

It's opening,

It's relaxing.

Seeing that light really starts to shine now,

Forward to the back,

To the sides.

And see how far it wants to go.

So often we pre-empt what is correct or what is allowed to do so.

But what would happen if we really follow that light and really let it shine bright,

Open and out.

See where it wants to go.

Feel that expansion,

Feel that open,

Open,

Open now and see how far you can stretch it out.

And once again,

Really challenge yourself to see how far.

Breathing in and out,

Far into the space,

Breathing in and out.

And as if you think you cannot go any further,

Once again,

Bring that volume button back and dial it up with 10% more.

Stretch out that light of yours 10% more.

Open,

Open,

Open.

Stretch,

Stretch,

Stretch.

And once again,

10%,

Dial it up,

Up,

Up,

Stretching it 10% further.

Open,

Open,

Open.

Keep it up,

Up,

Up and let it go.

And feel whilst you let go of the effort,

Still the effect and the essence of that widened,

Expanded heart center is there.

It's just there.

Perfect.

Bringing all your attention and awareness now onto your third eye center.

Bringing all your attention and awareness towards your third eye center,

Which is just in between your eyebrows.

Maybe you want to introduce a soft smile of acknowledgement for all the hard work you are doing.

And coming back to your third eye center.

And once again,

Soft breaths in and out to soften that point of your body,

Soften that point of your center.

And this center is so strong.

It's so powerful.

So much information is coming through from the unseen and unheard.

And as we cannot always justify it instantly that maybe that soft inner voice,

Whatever it's telling us,

We might disregard it.

But for now you can really connect with that center and welcome it.

Breathing in and out.

Feeling that relaxation dropping in with every breath in and out.

Breathing in and out.

And almost as if it's like a flower,

It might start to open up slowly.

And once again,

Just see where you are.

And from that space,

Work towards a more open,

Expanded,

Calm,

Peaceful,

Healthy,

Harmonious,

Balanced space.

Breathing in and out,

Opening up,

Up,

Up gently,

Very gently.

And once again,

See how this inner light starts to shine through that center.

How it starts to shine forward and maybe it has a different color or different tendency of direction or intensity of light.

Just see whatever comes through to you.

Breathing in and out,

Open,

Open,

Open,

Soften,

Soften,

Soften.

Soft smile.

And now start to follow the light and starts to see where the light wants to go to the front,

To the back,

To the sides.

Just see,

Follow that where it wants to go.

Open it up,

Up,

Up.

And once again,

Really challenge yourself to go even further.

Go even further,

Really actively stretch those muscles and see how far you can go with that inner light through your third eye center.

Open up,

Up,

Up,

Expanding,

Breathing in and out.

And once again,

If you think you cannot go any further,

Take that volume button,

Dial it up with 10%,

Open up that light,

Shoot it out.

Expand,

Expand,

Expand.

And once again,

Stretching it 10% further.

Once again,

Dial it up 10%,

Stretching it open,

Open,

Open,

And let it go.

Just be present with your whole body right now.

Feel how you feel,

Feel how you feel connected compared to when we started out.

Feel how you feel more expanded,

More open,

More aligned.

And almost as if you can connect now the dots with your center,

Your heart center,

Your third eye center,

Those three points we've been working on,

Expanding,

Opening that light.

See how you can connect them together.

Feel into that power,

Feel into that inner strength,

Feel into your inner wisdom,

That alignment.

And almost as if those three points are connecting,

That light is shining once again.

And we're just doing a little practice,

Which I'm going to guide you through.

Imagine as if there is a sort of tend around you and you are going to hold it up with your inner light,

Almost as if you're doing some heavy lifting with your inner muscles.

We're going to keep it open,

Open,

Open.

So for now,

Breathing in and out,

Connecting with those three centers,

Connecting with your light and holding up that tend of self-worth,

Of confidence,

Of light,

Of inner love.

Open it,

Open it,

Open it,

Hold it up for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Three,

Two,

And one.

And drop it down.

Breathing in and out and releasing anything that doesn't need to be there anymore,

That doesn't serve you.

Feeling into that expansion and really letting all that work simmer through,

Connecting it to your feet,

Connecting it to your legs,

To your sits bones,

Feeling it into your whole being,

Being into that present state for a second.

And once again,

I'm going to read you a couple of words and just let them wash over you.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light,

Not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves,

Who am I to be brilliant,

Gorgeous,

Talented,

Fabulous?

Actually,

Who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Ever playing small does not serve the world.

There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine as children do.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us,

It's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,

We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we're liberated from our own fear,

Our presence automatically liberates others.

Breathing in and out,

Coming back to your breath,

Coming back to your body.

And once again,

Just letting those words wash over you and be with you.

Really be with the experience and how you feel right now.

Really coming back to your body,

Coming back to the space you are in.

Your eyes stay closed,

But you might want to introduce soft movement into your body.

Maybe your feet are starting to wiggle,

Maybe your hands,

Your wrists,

Your fingers,

Your shoulders,

Just feel out what you need.

Follow your body.

Breathing in and out.

And whenever you are in a lying down position,

You might want to make your way up seated.

And whenever you are seated,

Just come back to your seat as if you're sitting there anew.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling into the new sensation,

Into all the body cells of your whole being,

Almost as if they awakened,

Almost as if they have been rejuvenated with all your inner light.

Once again,

Feel how you feel compared to when you started the journey.

And just by taking this time,

It's so incredibly valuable for you,

The most important person in your life,

So well done for showing up.

Starting to feel into your legs,

Starting to feel into your feet,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your bum,

Your hips,

Breathing in and out,

Smiling with your heart and smiling with your smile.

You are here.

Bringing your palms against each other now and starting to rub your hands against each other,

Creating some heat,

Creating some movement.

And then in your own time,

Place your hands over your eyes,

Breathing in and out,

Feeling the pressure,

Feeling the warmth and in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Slowly blink open your eyes,

Take your hands off your face and just take a second to look into the room you are in.

Look around you and see the colors and see the furniture and just feel how you feel compared to when you started.

Maybe some colors are even more bright or more vibrant.

Before we fully close off,

It's always good to take a moment of gratitude.

So for one second longer,

Just close your eyes.

And one moment of gratitude for yourself,

For showing up,

For taking time for yourself,

For maybe trying something new or maybe coming back to what feels good.

Gratitude for anything else.

You are worthy.

You are here.

May you feel loved.

May you feel blessed.

May you feel guided.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling into your feet,

Feeling into your legs,

Smiling with your heart and smiling with your smile.
