Welcome to today's practice,

Journey to your heart.

Thank you for taking the time to be with yourself,

Connect to your heart,

Listen to your needs.

Welcome.

Enjoy this journey,

This moment for you.

Bring yourself to a comfortable position you can be in for the next couple minutes.

You can choose to sit or you can choose to lay down,

Whatever feels good to you.

Allow yourself to drop in.

This is a time to rejuvenate and calibrate to what we all long for so much.

Love.

Receiving love that is all around.

Bringing ourselves to just be.

So whenever you are comfortable,

Close your eyes.

This is what we do to internalize the experience even more.

I want to remind you that there is nowhere to be and there's nothing to do.

You can relax.

Just be.

And there is no right or wrong.

There is just what feels good to you.

At any time whenever you feel distracted or lost,

Come back to your breath,

Come back to my voice.

You are here.

Starting to focus on your breath,

Feeling that you're breathing in and out.

Feeling that you're breathing in and out and with every breath,

You feel your body dropping in just a little more.

You feel a sense of relaxation coming in.

You feel your body becoming heavier and heavier.

Breathing in and out.

Today we're going to work with an energy of love,

An energy of light,

Wisdom,

Deep knowing,

Warmth,

Peace,

Abundance,

Joy,

Health.

Take a moment to visualize this energy.

See what kind of color it is.

It might be vibrant and shimmering.

You might even feel a temperature.

See what comes for you.

And once again,

There is no right or wrong.

There is just what feels good to you.

Really be with that energy for a second.

See it in front of you.

You might even feel it just a little already.

And then whenever you fully receive that energy,

Put it in a bottle.

Put it in something and just place it to the side.

We'll come back to it later on.

Focusing on your breath,

Feeling that you're breathing in and out.

Start to really arrive into the space where you are.

Often we are in a place physically,

But are we fully present with our whole body?

Arriving.

Becoming present.

Being with yourself.

For now,

Bring all your attention and awareness to a sound outside of the room you are in.

Bring all your attention and awareness to a sound outside of the room you are in.

And you don't need to go out on a hunt to find this one sound.

Your attention will drop on this one sound and be with it for a second.

Breathing in and out and following that one sound.

Then place all your attention and awareness to a sound inside of the room you are in.

Bring your attention and awareness to a sound inside of the room you are in.

And once again,

Just see what comes up for you.

Breathing in and out,

Being with that one sound.

And even if it's hard to find something,

Trust that you are there.

Breathing in and out.

Then in your own time,

Place all your attention and awareness to your sound,

Your own breath.

Feeling and hearing that you are breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out,

Being with your own sound,

Your breath.

Once again,

Checking in.

Checking in with your physical body.

Checking in with your mental body.

Checking in with your energetical body.

Checking in with your spiritual body.

Feeling that alignment in your whole body,

In your whole being.

Feeling how you are in this space.

Feeling how you are present.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Place all your attention and awareness towards your feet.

Bring all your attention and awareness towards your feet.

And just for a second start to go on a little discovery research.

See where are your feet connected to?

Are they placed on the ground?

Are they lying down?

Are they connected to something?

How much space do they take up?

Really feeling into that part of your body,

Breathing in and out,

Seeing what comes up for you.

And see if there is maybe any tension in that part of your body too.

Acknowledging that our feet are doing so much for us every single day and not often enough we actually stand still and acknowledge what they do.

Breathing in and out.

And then in your own time,

See what there is in that part of your body,

In your feet,

What doesn't serve you any longer.

What is it you don't need anymore?

When you found it,

Place it in front of you and see it for a second.

Thanking it,

Acknowledging it,

For it brought to you where you are today.

And then in your own time you can let it go.

You can let it all go,

Go,

Go.

You clear out that space,

Breathing in and out.

You let it dissolve into the air.

You let it surrender,

Breathing in and out.

Feeling that lightness,

Feeling that space.

Then in your own time go back to that energy you felt before.

Maybe you've placed it in a bottle or in something else and you can bring it towards yourself now and you fill up that part of your body.

You fill up your feet with that energy of love and light and abundance.

Breathing in and out.

That's right.

Place all your attention and awareness towards your lower legs now.

Your shins and your calves.

Just go on a little discovery research.

Asking yourself,

Where are my lower legs connected to?

How much space do they take up?

Is there any tension?

Really feeling into that part of your body.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Being with that part of your body and then in your own time see what there is you don't need any longer.

Place it in front of you for you don't need it anymore.

Thank it though for what it brought to you.

Acknowledge it and let it go.

Let it dissolve into the air.

Let it slip away.

Let it all go,

Go,

Go.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Imagine as if there is a little gate in your ankles.

Open that gate and let that energy you've built up.

Let that flow up into your lower legs.

Feeling that part up with that wisdom,

With that light,

With that peace.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Attention and awareness goes on to our knees and to our upper legs now.

Once again take a moment to check in with how you feel.

How does that body part feels?

See what there is.

How much space does it take up?

Where is it connected to?

Is there any tension?

You might even want to ask yourself are there any stories?

Really be honest with yourself.

Honest,

Yet kind.

There's no need to judge.

You can just observe and notice what is coming up for you.

Breathing in and out into that space of your body.

And then see what there is,

What you don't need anymore.

What is it you can let go of?

Bring it in front of you.

Thanking it,

Acknowledging it.

And let it go.

Let it slip away,

Let it disappear,

Let it dissolve into the air.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Bringing all your attention and awareness to your hips,

To your pelvis,

To your bum.

Checking in with that part of our bodies which hold on to so much tension yet is such an important center of information,

Of insight.

Such an important center for flow of life.

Breathing in and out and just seeing what you observe,

Seeing what there is there,

Feeling into it.

Breathing in and out.

Checking in.

What space does it take up?

Where is it connected to?

Is there any tension?

Are there any stories?

And really be honest with yourself.

Be firm,

Be loving.

No need to judge.

You can just notice.

Breathing in and out.

And then whatever doesn't serve you any longer,

Allow yourself to bring all of that forward.

You are worthy.

So really bringing forward what you don't need anymore.

Breathing in and out.

Seeing it,

Thinking it,

Letting it go.

Letting it all go,

Go,

Go.

That energy we've been working on is flowing up to that part of your body you've just created some space in.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling that flourishing,

Vibrant,

Alive sensation.

Letting it find its new space in your body,

That healing light.

Breathing in and out.

Sensation and awareness goes on to our lower back and to our lower belly.

Taking some time to do our little discovery research,

To look around,

To feel into it,

To see what there is.

Breathing in and out.

How much space does it take up?

Where is it connected to?

Are there any stories?

Is there any tension and really be honest with yourself now.

This part of our bodies,

We often want to train,

We often want to hold in,

We want to hide but now you can just let it go,

You can let it be.

Really see what there is and what wants to be.

Breathing in and out into it.

And then all you don't need anymore,

Any stories,

Any tension,

Anything that doesn't serve you any longer,

Bring it forward.

Place it in front of you and do look at it into the eye just for a second for it brought to you where you are today.

Thinking it,

Acknowledging it and with grace letting it go,

With gratitude letting it disappear into the air for you don't longer need it anymore.

It washes away,

It dissolves,

Whatever works for you in order to clear out that space of your body breathing in and out,

In and out.

Then when you feel ready to do so that vibrant energy,

That energy of love and light and wisdom and peace is finding its way up into your lower belly,

Your lower back.

It's finding its space,

It's infusing that part of our bodies almost like oxygen.

Breathing in and out,

Receiving attention and awareness onto our upper back and to our chest right now.

Once again with your breath,

Breathing in and out,

Feeling into the space,

Seeing what there is,

Just looking around doing your own little discovery research.

How much space does it take up?

Where is it connected to?

How does it feel?

Are there any stories?

Is there any tension?

Once again all is good,

There is no right or wrong.

You are safe.

Just really drop in and see what there is,

Breathing in and out.

And then in your own time,

Whatever doesn't serve you any longer anymore,

Place it in front of you.

Thanking it,

Acknowledging it and let it go.

Let it disappear into the air,

Let it dissolve,

Surrender,

Let it go.

Breathing in and out,

In and out,

Clearing it out,

Out,

Out.

Feeling that space you created,

You created,

You.

For this time is for you,

Breathing in and out,

In and out,

Feeling into that space.

And then in your own time,

Letting that energy rise up,

Letting that energy infuse that part of your body,

Breathing in and out.

Feeling into that vibrance into that aliveness into that peace and love and light.

Breathing in and out.

Tension and awareness onto your shoulders now,

Onto your upper arms,

Your elbows,

Your lower arms,

Your wrists,

Your hands.

For a second observing,

Observing how that part of your body is connected to the rest of your body.

Where is it in the space?

Is it lying on the ground?

Is it placed in your lap?

Just see what there is.

How much space does it take up?

Are there any stories?

Is there any tension?

Breathing in and out.

Whenever you feel ready to do so,

All you don't need any longer,

It plays in front of you.

You see it for a second for you know it brought to you where you are today,

Which you are grateful for.

Place it in front of you,

Acknowledge it,

Thank it and let it go.

With ease,

Just let it go.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Let it disappear into the air,

Let it dissolve,

Let it wash away.

Breathing in and out.

Then when you feel into that space,

Breathing in and out,

As if there are little gateways in your shoulders,

That energy is flowing through your whole upper body now,

Flowing through your arms,

Up all the way to your little fingertips.

Just feeling into it for a second,

Allowing that light,

That warmth.

Breathing in and out.

With a soft smile,

You check in with your neck right now.

If you feel like doing so,

You can physically check in with it and maybe make small little movements.

You can check in with your mind's eye and really acknowledge all those muscles,

Everything what is there,

That important part of our body,

Which holds our head up high,

Nice and proud every single day.

That part of our body which stores such an important instrument,

Our voice.

That place where we can hold on to so much tension.

Just see what there is for you.

Breathing in and out.

And once again,

Be honest.

Know that you are safe.

Know that you are here to heal,

To let go.

Whatever doesn't serve you any longer in your own time,

Bring it forward,

Thinking it,

Acknowledging it,

And letting it go.

Let it go into the air.

Let it disappear.

Let it dissipate with ease.

Breathing in and out into that part of your body,

Into your throat,

Into your neck.

Feeling that space,

That freedom.

Breathing in and out.

And in your own time,

That healing light,

That energy you've been working on is filling up that part of your body.

It's rejuvenating.

It's recalibrating your system.

Feeling that space,

Feeling that freedom.

That's right.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

All your attention and awareness is going to your skull right now.

Your skull,

Your forehead,

Your eyebrows and eyes,

Your ears,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your chin,

Your lips,

Your nose,

Your tongue.

Taking in that whole part of our body which is in constant communication with the world around us.

24-7,

It's trying to communicate our needs.

It's in connection with all that is around us.

For now,

Just allow it to let it be.

Let it be into the space.

Let it just relax.

It doesn't need to do anything.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling that heaviness,

Feeling that relaxation,

Feeling that tension.

And once again,

Do your own little discovery research,

Seeing what there is.

How much space does it take up?

Where is it connected to?

Is there any tension?

Where is the energy?

Are there any stories?

Be honest yet kind with yourself,

Seeing what there is,

Breathing in and out.

Then with gratitude,

You bring forward what doesn't serve you any longer.

You thank it for what it brought to you today,

What it brought to you to where you are now.

And then you let it go.

With ease,

You release,

Let it all go,

Go,

Go.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Now once again,

You know what to do now.

Let that energy of abundance and of joy and health,

Let that travel up to that part of your body you've just created some space with.

Letting it travel up.

Let it infuse that part breathing in and out.

That's right.

And then checking in with your whole being feeling that light feeling that warmth,

Feeling that love and wisdom,

That deep inner knowing that sense of peace,

Ease,

Grace,

Delight,

Harmony and balance.

That sense of presence and being.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling how you feel and receiving this gift for you.

Taking time for yourself to tune into your highest self to your highest version of you.

Breathing in and out.

Imagine as if you are standing in front of yourself right now.

Maybe you are sitting next to yourself.

Maybe you are lying next to yourself.

Just see yourself sitting or lying down where you are.

And then see how you are radiating.

See how beautiful you are.

And imagine as if you are looking at yourself with the same loving eyes as someone you love so dearly,

Someone or something you love so dearly with that same sparkle in your eyes with those same loving eyes you look at yourself,

Gifting yourself that energy of love,

Of welcome.

Breathing in and out.

Bringing your attention and awareness back to your body,

Onto your heart space in the middle of your chest.

If you feel like doing so,

You can place one or two hands in the middle of your chest,

Connecting to your heart a little more.

If you want to connect with your heart,

With your mind's eye,

That is okay too.

There is no right or wrong.

There is just what feels good to you.

Breathing in and out and really being with your heart now.

Breathing in and out into your heart space and feeling how your heart space is slowly relaxing into it too,

That power button,

The home of our soul.

Breathing in and out.

And imagine as if your heart is almost like a flower and just checking in how is your heart?

How does your heart feel?

Maybe it's all in bud or maybe it's wide open.

Maybe it's broken or maybe it's shy or scared.

All is okay.

Just see what there is present for you in this moment in time.

Breathing in and out.

And with every breath in and out,

You are nourishing your heart space and as if it's a flower,

It's slowly starting to open.

Knowing that it's safe,

Knowing that it's allowed to be here and it's so welcome.

Your heart,

Breathing in and out,

Seeing how that flower is opening,

Seeing how your heart is opening,

Feeling how you feel and maybe there is a little light that starts to shine,

That amazing abundant radiant energy you've been working with that might start to shine outside of your heart and observe it,

Receive it,

Be with it.

Breathing in and out.

And as if you are traveling through your heart up onto your safe haven,

A place in your mind where you feel completely free,

Allow yourself to go on a little discovery journey,

A little adventure in your mind.

See where you're going.

Go to your own safe haven,

A place in your mind where you feel completely free.

There is nowhere to be,

Nothing to do.

There are no rules,

Nobody telling you where to go.

There is just you and maybe it's really colorful or maybe there are different textures or different sensations.

Just see what is coming up for you as that is perfectly perfect.

Breathing in and out and really allowing yourself to be in that safe haven.

Feel how you feel,

Connecting to that sensation of joy,

Of abundance,

Of freedom,

Feeling in your essence,

Your complete authentic self.

Breathing in and out,

Being in your safe haven,

Feeling that freedom.

You tell yourself,

I surrender.

I am enough.

You are enough,

Exactly as you are.

I am enough.

I deserve.

You deserve anything you desire.

Feeling how you feel,

Letting those words resonate in your being,

Being in your safe haven just a little longer.

Feeling that sense of ease and peace and grace,

Knowing that you are in the exact right moment,

In the exact right time,

Knowing that you are here and you are so worthy.

You are so worthy of love.

You are safe.

Breathing in and out,

Knowing that you can always come back to your safe haven at any time of day,

Anywhere you are,

It is always there for you.

Breathing in and out and slowly traveling back to your heart,

Slowly traveling back to your body,

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

Breathing with yourself,

Feeling how you feel,

Checking in with your spiritual body,

Checking in with your energetical body,

Checking in with your mental body,

Checking in with your physical body,

Breathing in and out,

Feeling how slowly your whole being is coming back to the space where you are finding yourself and slowly traveling back,

Knowing that you are in the room,

Either sitting or lying down.

Breathing with your breath and letting your breath,

Waking your body up,

Letting your breath take care of you now,

Keeping your eyes closed,

But you might want to start to introduce small movements into your fingers,

Into your toes.

You might want to roll your shoulders or roll your neck,

Stretch out,

Whatever feels good to you,

There is no right or wrong.

This time is for you,

So do whatever you receive.

Breathing in and out,

When you're lying down,

You might want to come up to a seated position.

Breathing in and out,

Your eyes stay closed.

And when you found your new comfort,

Settle into that space,

Connecting with your body,

Feeling your feet,

Feeling your legs,

Breathing in and out,

Smiling with your heart,

Smiling with your smile.

Just for a second,

Checking in with what there is you'd like to take on with you.

Maybe there was a message that came through to you,

Maybe there was an energy or something else that really opened up for you in today's practice,

In today's journey.

See what that was and bring it in front of you,

Try to give it a word,

Something that can remind you throughout your day,

Throughout your week,

Which instantly catapults you back to this sensation.

For you are so worthy of this nourishing feeling of love,

Unconditional love for you,

Deep connection,

Breathing in and out,

And when you have that word or that sign or that concept or that energy,

Let it flow through your day,

Let it flow through your week.

Knowing that you are worthy,

Knowing that you are enough and you deserve that abundance,

Breathing in and out.

Then in your own time,

Bring your palms against each other and start to rub your hands against each other.

And if you're wearing glasses,

You might want to take them off for a second,

Then in your own time,

Place your hands over your eyes,

Feeling that warmth,

Feeling that pressure,

Breathing in and out,

In and out,

And in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

You slowly blink open your eyes,

You take your hands away of your face and you come back into the room where you are.

And just for a second,

Really take your time to get back into this physical world and looking around you and seeing the colors,

Seeing the different textures,

Maybe seeing the furniture and feeling how you feel right now in this space,

Breathing in and out,

Hoping that you feel a little bit more connected to yourself,

Connected to your heart,

Breathing in and out.

And just before we close our practice for today,

Close your eyes once more,

Please.

Just one more second to be with you so closely,

That amazing,

Important person in your life,

Thanking yourself for taking this time to show up,

Investing a sense of gratitude for yourself,

Being brave,

Wanting to learn something new,

Wanting to open up,

Wanting to connect,

Towards always starting with you so you can go out.

Be your gorgeous light for yourself,

For your other loved one,

For the world.
