Just let them go.
Your sense of body,
Feelings,
Sensations,
Just let them go.
Just for now.

Give them up to the space around you.
Just surrender them to this great peace and beauty that is everywhere.
Don't think about this.
Just notice and experience this peace and perfection.
Notice how this stillness,
Calmness,
And beauty invites you in.
It invites you in to know it more deeply,
More perfectly.
That's because this,
This perfect,
Beautiful,
Boundless space is the real you.
The real you.

And one.
Infinite in all directions.

Perfectly at peace.
Notice how this stillness invites you in.
This perfect,
Beautiful stillness is the infinite source of love and of knowing.
This love is stable.
It is independent.
It is not reactive.
It is not selective.
It simply is.
Here is where you experience it.

In this beautiful space.
It is always here.
It is the nature of your being.
It is the nature of all being.
This clear,
Beautiful,
Wonderful space.
This space that is who you really are is always present and peaceful and perfect.
It is forever.
It is in all directions.

Rest here in this loving,
Infinite background.
