
Meditation Is Not
Meditation is not relaxation. Nor is it strictly speaking the miracle solution to stress, to clear your mind, or to cut yourself off from the world. Once you get rid of your misconceptions, you can finally get down to serious business. Concretely, meditation comes to us from ancestral practices, first of all, religious. It is mostly attributed to Buddha who believed 2,500 years ago that body and mind were not separate and that the former was not dominated by the latter.
