Isochronic tones can be heard on speakers, even in background music (many therapists play it gently in their practice. Isochronic tones are of equal intensity in each ear, but the pulse speed is greater, the sounds are micro-cut regularly or not (while keeping the same rhythm as a drum) causing the brain to synchronize with a precisely calculated rhythm.

Didn’t seem relaxing at first but I meditated and woke up before it finished, I think that’s probably relaxing enough

Surprisingly good for a focused yoga practice this morning. I thought it would start to irritate me but it is strangely unobtrusive but motivating. Thank you I am deeply grateful 🙏
