It's very challenging for us to see the light when bad things happen, When people die, Or when people leave us, Or when people do us wrong or don't show up for us, It hurts because we're human and because we love them or we wanted them. And I was hurt for a long time by the circumstances around my childhood, But throughout all these years, I've been able to see that they are a gift to me because they, Without them, I wouldn't be who I am today. Without them, I wouldn't have fought like I did. Without them, I wouldn't have sought the truth. Without them, I wouldn't have been seeking for a greater good for God, For the answers to life's questions, For the power to get the best I can right now, Even if circumstances say I can't. So everything that I have to share with you was birthed out of those experiences. So as much as I wish I could say that I have my family around me and they're at everything I do and they just are, I don't have that to this day, But they are a blessing to me because they essentially were the recipe, The building blocks that caused me to then have these tools to share with others and help people break free from sometimes very hard, Very hard things, Very hard things.
