If you believe in God, Something, A higher power that is outside of you, But potentially close, And you are struggling, You are just, Sometimes you don't even have the words to say in a prayer. Okay? Because if we could keep it 100% real, Sometimes we don't even know what to pray. We're just like, I am just, Right? So yes, Me too. And I'm just like, Oh my gosh, You know, All you have to do is say, Help me, God. Help me, God. You don't need to outline the problem. Help me. Help me, God. Help me, Jesus. Help me, Lord. Whatever, You know, For you, What's appropriate for you. But just those three words is an act of surrender and an act of opening for you to allow that higher power, That God to help you.
