Hello dear one,

Let's begin a self-healing hypnosis journey.

Make yourself comfortable and we begin this practice by taking three deep breaths.

Deeply and slowly,

This is a signal that it is your time to relax completely.

Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in and out slowly and completely.

Take two more deep breaths.

Your body and mind know exactly what to do to allow you to drift deeper into a relaxed state so that you may begin the healing process.

Now gently roll your eyeballs up and look up as high as you possibly can as if you are looking into the centre of your brow or an imaginary spot over here.

And just continue with deep relaxing breaths here as you feel your eyeballs looking up,

Looking right up to this imaginary spot in the area of your brow.

Now you can relax your eyelids and allow them to close and allow the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes to relax all by themselves as you continue breathing in a natural rhythm,

Easily and freely,

Without thinking about it.

You will soon enter a deep,

Peaceful,

Relaxed state without any effort.

You may picture in your mind this easy relaxation spreading like the rays of sunshine,

Gently warming and relaxing your entire body.

Allow yourself to continue to become more relaxed and comfortable as you remain still with your eyes closed.

You can experience a deepening comfort,

Knowing that you don't have to move or say anything or allow anything to bother you.

Surrounding sounds will only deepen this relaxation process.

Being in this peaceful state enables you to experience the powerful deep healing ability.

As you continue to relax deeper,

You find that you are enjoying the sensations of comfort,

Of calm,

Of healing and recovery.

Now let your body be still and drift deeper as you allow your mind to show you the most beautiful,

Most peaceful place for you to enter right now.

The safe place that comes to mind easily,

Perhaps at the beach or a river,

Perhaps a forest or even inside a beautiful structure.

This image can be of a place that you have visited before or one that exists only in your imagination.

Whatever comes to mind is perfect.

See all of the details of this place in your mind.

Sense that the temperature is perfect for you and that it is your favourite season and time of day.

As your imagination bowls this scene in your mind,

You are continuing to relax even more as you sense the beauty,

The tranquility and absolute peace here.

Now in your mind,

In this perfect,

Safe place,

You find a staircase of your own creative design.

This staircase has ten steps descending.

Take yourself to the first step now and feel that feeling that one does when looking down from atop somewhere.

As you look down this flight of ten steps,

You have that same looking down feeling and you feel completely safe.

As I count down from ten,

You are going to feel your feet,

Hear your feet and see your feet come into gentle contact with each step.

Relaxing more and more with each step.

When you get to step one,

You will have relaxed into a deeply satisfying and healing state of comfort.

You will be as relaxed as you possibly can be.

Let's begin.

Ten,

You see your feet move onto the first step and as you do so,

You feel yourself softening as the muscles and tendons of your feet,

Toes and ankles relax.

Nine,

Relax all the muscles in your legs,

Your calves,

Knees and thighs and let yourself drift deeper,

Feeling your legs becoming heavier and heavier.

Eight,

Notice the quality of comfort and ease spread throughout your body,

Into your belly and your chest.

Seven,

Feel the relaxation move into your shoulders and down your arms.

The feeling of tranquility is moving all the way down to your hands and through to your fingers.

Six,

Continue to relax even further with each number that you hear as you go deeper and drift deeper into a peaceful awareness of yourself.

Allow your neck to relax,

Your face,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw and your mouth.

Five,

Allow your eyes and forehead to relax and soften completely as you go deeper.

Four,

Every breath you take brings you deeper down into relaxation.

Everything feels soft and loose and heavy and you enjoy this calming feeling of total relaxation.

Three,

You sense your calm state deepen as you drift off into a state of deep rest.

You feel a wave of relaxation travelling down your body from the top of your head,

Washing over you,

Moving downward towards your feet.

Two,

This wave of relaxation is moving over your face,

Relaxing your neck.

It is moving over your shoulders,

Spreading down over you,

All the way down to your feet.

And finally,

Finally,

One,

As you notice the last step,

You are able to go deeper and deeper still.

Each beat of your heart is relaxing you more and inviting you to enjoy this lovely calm feeling.

Relax and let this pleasant feeling come across your body as you let every muscle and every nerve loosen and you become soft and loose.

Continue to allow this peaceful state to be a pleasure to enjoy.

Now imagine that you are surrounded by a beautiful blue healing light.

This light immediately feels comforting and has a quality of protection and strengthening.

This healing blue light has the ability to flow through all of your cells,

Your muscles,

Your organs,

Your bones and blood.

Your body is filled with positive healing energy and as your mind listens to this powerful practice,

Your healing is now accelerated.

Your mind is run,

Your body is run by a vast network of intelligence.

You have the ability to accelerate the healing of your body and strengthen your immune system.

Each breath of air that you take into your body combines with this powerful healing blue light energy and together they have divine healing powers.

This beautiful energy with your own beautiful internal energy together are a source of divine healing.

Imagine this healing energy spreading throughout your entire body,

Inside and out,

Like the rings of water spreading from a pebble tossed into a storm pond.

The healing power and the relaxation is spreading to every muscle,

Every cell,

Every fiber,

Bone and blood in your body.

This energy can act as an amplifier to help you use what you have to improve your health.

You can sense this healing energy moving through your body and as it does you remember an original state of perfect health.

This memory of perfect health activated by this energy is balancing anything and everything that is out of balance.

The energy intuitively knows if you need more or less of something.

It knows if one side of your body needs repairing and not the other.

It repairs any part of you that needs healing.

This energy with the power of your own mind is healing your body and allowing your immune system,

Your skeletal system,

Your digestive system,

Your endocrine system,

Your muscular system to activate the memory of perfect health.

It is powerful and in tune with what your body needs.

This wonderful feeling goes out now beyond the boundaries of your physical body.

This healing blue light is spreading out beyond your skin to form a protective shield around you.

You can let this feeling spread far beyond your physical body and you can use this shield in any way you need.

This shield may act as a filter to filter out anything that could negatively affect your health.

Whether it is an uncomfortable situation or whether it feels a threat to your physical,

Emotional or psychological well-being.

You don't even need to think about this or do anything.

Your protective shield will do the work,

Keeping you safe and healthy.

As you continue to relax and let go completely,

Your subconscious will hear all of these following positive affirmations.

Your mind and body know exactly what to do to heal and create immensely powerful health.

Your mind is all powerful and you now use it to heal yourself in any way you need.

From this moment forward,

You choose perfect health.

Mentally,

Physically and spiritually with nourishing healthy sleep pattern.

Health is your right and you now connect with your mind in order to manifest this perfect health.

Each moment you move towards total healing of yourself.

You are the picture of health with a strong immune system and regulated nervous system.

Today you are taking steps towards ultimate physical,

Mental and emotional health and well-being.

You can easily picture yourself in your mind as healthy physically and mentally.

You see yourself making choices that support your well-being.

You radiate health.

You are committed to moving your body every day in a way that feels nourishing and replenishing because you believe that you deserve health.

You choose only foods that support your healing process.

You easily choose to stay away from foods and substances that make your healing more difficult.

You eat in a pleasant,

Calm way that supports optimal digestion.

From today forward,

You take care of yourself and you make choices that align with the belief that you are enough.

Every day from today on,

You are feeling better and better and your body is repairing and restoring perfect balance.

As you listen,

You build a sense of appreciation and gratitude for your body.

You are able to deepen your connection with your body.

You love your body for what it does for you daily without being asked and without asking for anything in return.

You love your body as the gift that it is,

The temporary vehicle for living the life you came here to live.

You have everything you need to heal already inside of you.

As you listen to this,

You are instructing your body to heal by remembering perfect physical,

Mental and emotional health.

You are teaching your mind to strengthen,

Your own immune system to protect and improve your health.

You are healing now.

Your body knows how to heal itself.

Every cell in your body is healing and repairing.

You easily make choices that continually support healing.

Include living in gratitude,

Nourishing your body with movement and eating nutritious healing foods regularly.

Your body is continuously healing in every moment of every day in every way.

Sleep comes easily and effortlessly when needed.

Your mind and body are working in perfect harmony.

Your body is effortlessly producing healthy cells with balanced hormones.

You excrete that which is of no support to optimum health,

Including any belief that causes pain and dis-ease.

It is effortlessly and regularly released.

You are healthy.

You take good care of your body.

You believe that you deserve ultimate health.

Your thoughts and beliefs are supporting your well-being.

You utilize your mind as a tool for self-healing.

You choose to be healthy.

You believe in your mind's ability to heal.

You believe in your body's ability to heal.

You are deeply well.

You hear these words and as you hear these words,

Your body responds.

Let these positive,

Powerful healing statements sink into your subconscious as truth for a moment longer.

Feel the profound physical,

Mental and emotional health coursing through your body.

Remain relaxed.

We'll count from one to five and you can calmly come back to your full awareness.

Right now you are feeling deeply well.

You are feeling safe and protected.

You are feeling empowered,

Knowing that the self-healing ability is within.

Now on the count of one and two,

You may slowly,

Calmly begin to return to full awareness.

On the count of three and four,

Feeling connected,

Deeply lovable,

You return.

And on the count of five,

Awaken fully to the memory of optimum health-well-being.

Knowing your essence,

Your body and mind responds perfectly.

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Revitalized,
