And all the way down the left side of your body.
Feeling it warming and relaxing every tired muscle.
Notice if any areas are still holding on.
Draw the warmth into these areas.
Allowing them to release and let go.
Feeling the whole left side of your body oozing with a warm relaxing lava.
Now bring your attention to the same point on your right hand.
Feeling the warmth growing from the centre of your palm.
Allow this warmth to spread out across your hand.
Out into your right fingers and thumb.
Releasing and relaxing your whole hand.
And letting it become loose and limp.
Feel this warmth flowing up your right arm.
Up into your right shoulder.
And oozing down the right side of your body.
Releasing and relaxing every tired muscle.
Allowing the whole of your right side to sink down.
Heavy and relaxed.
Feeling the relaxing and soothing effects of this warmth on all your organs.
Through all your muscles.
Across your whole skin.
Feeling this warmth spreading up into your chest.
Into your neck.
And up into your face and head.
Warming and relaxing.
Your entire body is filled with warmth.
Every cell is relaxed.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Your whole body is warm.
