Music And breathe out all tension.

Music Know that in this moment all is well.

Music You are safe and supported.

Music Feel your skeleton gently falling away.

Music Your body growing heavier and heavier.

Music Listen to the gentle air and flow of your breath.

Music Like the sound of the ocean.

Music Releasing all attachment to any thoughts that might arise.

Letting these drift far away on each breath.

Music And just draw your attention down to your toes and feet.

Music Feeling these areas growing heavy and relaxed.

Music Your lower legs,

Knees and thighs becoming heavier and heavier.

Music Your buttocks,

Pelvis and hips releasing and relaxing.

Music Your stomach and all your internal organs becoming soft and heavy.

Music Your whole spine elongating and releasing.

Relaxed.

Music Just opening and expanding with each breath becoming soft and supple.

Music Your shoulders drawing down.

Relaxed.

Your arms,

Hands and fingers becoming heavier and heavier.

Your neck releasing and relaxed.

Feeling all the muscles in your face beginning to soften.

Allow all expression to simply melt away.

Your jaw is relaxed.

Your chin is relaxed.

Your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your ears all relaxed.

Feel your eyes growing soft and heavy.

Allowing all tension to melt from your forehead.

Feeling your whole head rested and relaxed.

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Your whole body is heavy and relaxed.

Music Breathe into the stillness.

Think into the serenity.

Begin to draw to your mind a place of perfect stillness and serenity.

A place where you can feel perfectly safe,

Perfectly at peace.

It might be a meadow or a beach,

A forest or a mountain.

Fill in all the details of this place.

Notice the time of day.

Feeling perhaps the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Begin to open all your senses to this place.

What sounds can you hear?

Maybe there are birds in the trees or the soft rustling of leaves.

The sound of the ocean as it flows in and out.

Breathing up and down the beach.

Notice the smells that should be there.

Breathe them in.

As you walk,

Feel the ground below you.

The soft and spongy earth or the warm sand,

Cradling and supporting you with every step.

In this inner sanctuary you can go anywhere you please.

Take time now to explore.

Or simply rest in this deep inner stillness within your private peaceful place.

For this opportunity to explore,

You will find yourself in deeply rejuvenated.

Close and yield the sense of gratitude to God for yourocoinsalet.
