This is a meditation to help you to be compassionate towards yourself.
I like to put one hand over the centre of my chest,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Wishing myself compassion,
Wishing those around me compassion,
Breathing in,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Peace comes from acceptance of who we are in all our perfectly imperfect ways.
Peace comes from acceptance of where we are in this moment as it is right now.
No forcing it to be any other way,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Being here right now in this moment with compassion and kindness for ourselves.
Feeling what we're feeling and accepting ourselves as we are,

Just finding the safe space to be here,
To be safe,
To be calm,
To be kind to ourselves,
To take a moment,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Accepting it as it is now,
This moment,
Us as we are,
Perfectly imperfect,
Being here,
