I invite you to breathe & connect. To yourself. To nature. To others. We can only connect to other people in direct proportion to how connected we are to ourselves Brene Brown Mary Oliver Wild Geese: You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body, love what it loves. Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine. Meanwhile, the world goes on. Meanwhile, the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers. Meanwhile, the wild geese, high in the clean blue air, are heading home again. Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination, calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting - over and over announcing your place in the family of things.

You do not have to be good.

You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.

You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.

Tell me about your despair,

Yours,

And I will tell you mine.

Meanwhile,

The world goes on.

Meanwhile,

The sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes,

Over the prairies and the deep trees,

The mountains and the rivers.

Meanwhile,

The wild geese high in the clean blue air are heading home again.

Whoever you are,

No matter how lonely,

The world offers itself to your imagination,

Calls to you like the wild geese,

Harsh and exciting,

Over and over announcing your place in the family of things.

We can only connect to other people in direct proportion to how connected we are to ourselves.

Renee Brown Breathing in and breathing out.

Come home to yourself.

Connect to yourself,

Connect to nature and connect to others.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Really enjoyed this. Loved the quotes at the beginning, and then the space to just be. Loved the music. Felt like a good combination of guided meditation and the timer that I usually use for meditation

Beautiful, just beautiful...it was as if I was floating and flying with the wild geese! Thank you! Who composed your background music? That, too, is so soothing. I think you misspoke the author of the poem you read, it's Mary Oliver, not Brené Brown.
