Make yourself comfortable sitting up or lying down.

I invite you to close down your eyes.

Let's take a deep breath in and out.

Let's repeat this two more times.

Breathe in and out.

In and out.

Now breathe in and squeeze your whole body tight.

Squeeze every tiny muscle you can.

And as you breathe out release your body,

Release all the tension from your body.

Let it all go.

Let your whole body be as relaxed as possible.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Just relax.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

As you continue to breathe in and out slowly I invite you to bring the intention to hold yourself with kindness and compassion as you practice this cutting cords meditation.

When you want to detach yourself from negative energy you can cut cords.

Visually imagine that there are cords being attached to whatever or whoever the negative energy is coming from.

Trust what comes to mind.

Take your hands and cut the cords loose.

Cut through those cords.

Let go of the heaviness.

See the energy healing and coming back to you.

Send love to who or what you are detaching from.

Take a deep breath.

You are clear and clean and free from those attachments.

Focus on your breathing in and out again.

In and out.

Dumbledore says happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if only one remembers to turn on the light.

We can clear our energy and need to constantly clear out the negative energy holding us.

Wrap your palms together to build up some warmth.

Put your hands one over the other on your heart center,

The middle of your chest.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel the energy increasing inside of you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Take your time.

When you are ready,

Stretch your arms over your head.
