Good morning.

After every affirmation,

Take a deep breath in and consciously breathe the statement into every single cell in your body.

Let's begin.

Today I choose peace over perfection.

Today I choose to acknowledge my worries and let them go.

Today I choose to release all feelings of restlessness and hypervigilance.

Today I choose to relax my jaw and shoulders.

Today I choose to use the full capacity of my lungs with each breath I take.

Today I choose to reframe negative thoughts into positive ones.

Today I choose to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Today I choose to breathe fully and deeply.

Today I choose to rest when I need it.

Today I choose to make prompt decisions.

Today I choose to lower any overly high standards I previously had for myself.

Today I choose to be mindful of what I'm eating,

Feeling and experiencing.

Today I acknowledge anything that made me feel anxious yesterday and actively choose not to bring it through to the present moment.

Wonderful quick meditation. The affirmations are relatable and ones I easily forget to practice in my daily life but this meditation brings them to the forefront of my mind so I’m reminded of them and their importance throughout the day. Loved this one.
