Allow your feet to feel heavily relaxed.

Now bring your awareness to your eyelids.
I wonder just how heavy your eyelids can be.
I wonder now just how relaxed they already are.
So relaxed,
They just want to stay closed.
No matter how hard you try to open them,
They just want to stay closed.
That's right.
Give them a good try.

Now stop testing yourself and fall even deeper relaxed.
In a moment,
I'll begin to count you down.
In each and every single decreasing number I say,
Your relaxation doubles deeper and deeper.

I am grateful for and choose something about you that you're grateful for.

Feel and experience immense gratitude for the rest of your day until you fall asleep tonight.
Allow the feelings of gratitude to consume you as you vividly imagine yourself smiling,
