Find a place to relax and make yourself comfortable.

You can sit up or lay down whatever you desire.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Listen to the sound of my voice and the beautiful music.

Now close your eyes.

Take another deep breath in and out.

Release what does not serve you with every exhale and as you breathe in,

Take in fresh,

Clean,

Purifying air.

Imagine a beautiful golden light surrounding you.

You are safe and protected by this divine light.

With each breath you become more calm.

Relax your physical body from your head to your toes.

Relax the muscles in your forehead,

Eyes,

Jaw,

Cheeks,

And mouth.

Feel all the tension melt away in your neck and shoulders,

Your arms,

Chest,

Hips,

Legs,

Ankles,

And feet.

Take another deep breath.

Your body is completely relaxed.

Now focus on being present in this moment.

Do not worry about the future or dwell in the past.

Do not think of things you cannot control.

Do not think about what you did today or what tasks you need to accomplish tomorrow.

Do not think of those things now.

This is your time to have a moment of peace and serenity.

Let all those thoughts float away.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Acknowledge your thoughts and the way they make you feel.

Say thank you and let them go.

You are a powerful divine being of light and love.

You have the power to control your thoughts,

Your feelings,

And your physical pain.

You are the master of your reality.

You are in control.

You are grateful for the ability to be alive.

You are grateful for the ability to feel emotions.

This human experience is a gift,

An experience that enables us to feel joy and pain,

Love and fear.

For we would never notice the light without the darkness.

The Sun would not rise without the night.

The stars need the darkness to shine and be seen.

The laws of the universe have polarity and therefore your life reflects the state of nature all around you.

You are perfectly human.

Give thanks for the light and the dark.

You are grateful for your life journey.

You are grateful for your experience,

Your feelings,

Your pain,

Your joy,

Your life,

And the people in it.

Give thanks for your many blessings and the life lessons you learn along the way.

Now think of one thing you are grateful for.

It could be anything such as an event,

A person,

Or something you own.

You are so grateful.

Now imagine that golden light surrounding you growing larger.

In your mind's eye,

See that golden bubble of light surrounding your physical body.

It sparkles and shines with healing light.

It feels warm and soothing.

This is your sacred light that you can call upon whenever you desire.

It will protect you,

Bring you comfort,

Peace,

And serenity.

You see the light slowly growing larger with each breath you take.

Now it surrounds the room you are in.

This is your sacred space.

No one may enter this room without your permission.

Negative energy,

Negative thoughts,

Worries,

Or bad feelings may not enter this space.

All you feel inside this light is love,

Peace,

And joy.

You love being surrounded by this light.

This is your space.

Your mind is quiet.

Your body is relaxed.

You are at peace.

You continue to breathe in and take in that healing light with each breath.

This healing light enters your body and will stay with you as long as you would like.

This light is your divine power.

Visualize this light inside your body,

Raising your vibration,

Healing physical pain,

Healing emotional pain,

And filling your body up with love,

Peace,

Serenity,

And light.

Now focus on your breath again.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Take in another cleansing breath and exhale.

You are connected to your body.

You are refreshed and balanced.

You are calm and relaxed.

Now I would like you to join me and count backwards to end this meditation.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now open your eyes.

Now I invite you to say the affirmations with me.

I am calm.

I am relaxed.

I am healthy.

I am kind.

I am loved.

I have all that I need.

I am worthy.

I am safe.

I am strong.

I am grateful.

I am at peace.

I am light and love.

You are loved.

You are love.

Remember to call upon your divine golden healing light whenever you need.

Now you can go about your daily activities with a new sense of serenity or drift off into a peaceful sleep.
