Hello and welcome to this guided meditation journey.

My name is Sydney Campos and I'll be guiding you on a meditation for accelerating abundance,

Optimal health,

And grounded clear energy.

To begin,

Find a comfortable space where you'll be supported and sitting or lying down for about 15 minutes for this meditation journey.

Any way that you feel most comfortable is perfect.

There's no right way as long as you feel your best.

And when you're ready,

You can start to gently close your eyes and take the deepest breath you've taken in all day long into your heart center,

Allowing any tension,

Tightness,

Holding to melt away with every exhale.

Letting each breath in be deeper than the last.

Allow yourself to relax,

Knowing that as you relax you're your most receptive to the healing,

Intuition,

And inspiration that naturally wants to flow through you.

Next inhale,

Breathe in through the soles of your feet,

Earth energy emanating all the way through your body as you breathe up through the root of your spine,

All the way up your spine,

Past your heart,

The crown of your head.

Exhaling out,

Imagining a beautiful energetic field to cast around you in all directions,

Above and below and all around,

As far as 20 feet around you,

Maybe more.

Continuing to breathe in earth energy,

The soles of your feet,

All the way up through every single cell in your being,

As you breathe in,

Imagining every one of your cells illuminating with the brightest,

Most radiant light imaginable.

Purifying and cleansing,

On the cellular level,

Any stagnation,

That old material that's no longer yours to carry.

Allowing all of that energy to be gracefully recycled back to the earth,

Transmuted into light.

With each inhale,

Feeling your magnetic field expanding even further and further outwards.

Feeling into your own energy,

What it feels like to be you,

In your own vibration.

Does your energy have a color,

A temperature?

What do you notice about being in your own energy,

What that feels like?

Breathing in earth energy again,

To the root of your spine,

Breathing as deeply as you possibly can,

Expanding your lower energy centers,

Breathing deep into the belly,

Opening up deep into the abdomen,

Core,

Expanding and as you expand,

Your energy expands even further,

Possibly to fill the whole room that you find yourself in,

The entire building.

Or if you're outside,

Feeling what it feels like to take up so much space,

Your energy expanding outwards in every direction,

Boundless,

Uncontainable,

Limitless.

Tuning in with your hands and your fingertips,

Imagining this luminous light moving through each finger,

All the way through your hands,

Up your arms,

Past your elbows,

Up to your shoulders,

Clearing away at the atomic level any old stagnant energy,

Patterns,

Beliefs,

Emotions that are no longer yours to carry,

That are no longer in service to you embodying your highest light.

As this light permeates your cells at the atomic level,

Imagining each cell vibrating in perfect harmony at the frequency of perfect health and vitality.

Imagining this light continuing up your neck,

Around all sides of your head,

Up your ears,

Through all the muscles of your face,

Around the top of your head,

Allowing this light to melt away all tension,

Tightness,

Holding,

Anything that no longer serves you to be in your most magnificent embodiment.

Imagining this light melting downwards,

Over your shoulders,

Down your chest,

Your upper back,

Down your torso,

Your lower back,

Across your core,

Your belly,

Around your hips,

Your pelvis,

The root of your spine,

Your sits bones.

This light permeates every cell moving through your thighs,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

All the way to your toes.

Feeling what it feels like to radiate so much light.

Feeling what it feels like to be in your highest light,

An infinite expansion,

Openness to receive,

Pure magnetism.

Feeling a sense of deep gratitude for this physical being as a vessel,

The sanctuary home to your soul,

Your spirit.

Feeling deep gratitude for the miracle of your heart beating,

Your lungs breathing,

Blood circulating,

All of your organs doing their jobs in harmony without you needing to control a single thing,

Without you even thinking about anything at all to make anything happen.

Imagining the millions of micro processes occurring in every second that allow you to move effortlessly,

Walk,

Dance,

Run through this beautiful life that you're creating in every moment.

What's it like to hold yourself in such reverence,

Such gratitude,

Such compassion,

Such awe?

If there's any particular part of your body you'd like to send additional healing to,

Simply intend to do so by sending breath and healing light to that particular space,

Knowing that you are your own best healer,

That your intention to heal yourself is one of the most powerful technologies you have access to.

Breathing spaciousness into any areas that require more space to hold more light.

Breathing deeply into these spaces that require a more expansive state of being in order to be more receptive and magnetic for all that you desire.

Be more receptive and magnetic for all that you desire.

Be more receptive and magnetic for all that you desire.

Feeling your body vibrating in perfect health and well-being,

Radiating so much light,

Radiating so powerfully through your pure presence,

Which is healing in and of itself,

Healing to you and to any other being that would ever find themselves in your field.

Imagining your energy expanding so far around you in every direction that you are effortlessly able to hold,

All of the people that you care about,

All of the communities,

Any obligations,

Responsibilities,

Your vision,

Feeling your energy effortlessly holding all of your heart's desires,

Deepest loves,

Biggest dreams,

Feeling what it feels like to hold all of it in your presence,

Which is so expansive,

So magnificent,

So powerful.

This is your nature.

Expanding your consciousness to such a degree that with each breath you take,

You expand even more and more outwards in every single direction,

Until a part of your consciousness is almost hovering above you,

Looking down at your body,

Holding this incredible energetic field,

Infinitely expanding in all directions.

Your consciousness expands to travel up,

Up into the sky,

To the clouds,

Continuing up,

Maybe looking down on the city or the town below you,

Starting to see the whole earth beneath you,

Expanding up,

Up,

Up,

All the way to the edge of the earth's atmosphere until you're looking out at the universe,

Choosing to go into the universe,

Into the stars,

Into the planets,

Feeling your infinite nature,

Feeling what it feels like to be pure light.

From the space of infinite expansion that you are,

Feeling so much gratitude for this light that you hold,

This beautiful planet that you inhabit,

This body you travel in,

Feeling so supported by this infinite universe surrounding you that is inherently a part of you,

A reflection of you,

Feeling the interconnectedness of all things,

Feeling how important you are to the whole divine plan unfolding,

Feeling how extraordinary your consciousness is,

How powerfully you create absolutely anything you can imagine into being,

Feeling into the present heart's desire,

A feeling of joy,

Of love,

Of abundance,

Feeling so supported,

Feeling that feeling radiate throughout your entire being,

Your whole consciousness,

Expanding infinitely,

Radiating your most powerful light,

Deepening in so even more joy,

More love with each breath you take.

Luxuriating in the peace of resting into this present moment of bliss.

Imagining breathing back into your heart,

Breathing deeply into your physical body,

Breathing in energy through the soles of your feet,

Breathing in this earth,

Frequency,

This grounded frequency of being,

Breathing that into each cell of your entire body as you continue to vibrate in perfect health,

Expanded,

Perfect vitality,

The embodiment of wisdom,

Magnetism,

The embodiment of abundance,

The embodiment of power,

The embodiment of pure divinity in human form.

In this last moment,

Tuning in with the voice of your higher self,

Your soul in this moment,

Asking for any guidance that's available for you to receive.

In this space of deeply relaxed receptivity,

You are your most intuitive,

You are your most attuned to hearing the truth that is meant for you to receive in the most perfect way,

And as you ask yourself,

Tuning in with your higher self or your soul,

Your divine child within,

Whoever you resonate most with,

Asking,

Is there anything that I need to know to support me on my path?

Is there any guidance for me to receive now in this moment?

What do I need to know to embody my highest alignment?

How can I live in my truth and my love and my abundance and joy?

How can I trust more deeply in the infinite unfolding of life,

Perfectly supporting me in every moment?

How can I surrender to receiving even more love?

How can I live in the utmost integrity?

Knowing that truth is the most powerful activator of abundance and magnetism.

Breathing into your heart again and being mindful of how your intuition communicates to you,

Whether that's through feeling,

Sound,

A vision,

A memory,

Sensation.

Knowing that your soul,

Your soul truth speaks to you in the most perfect way,

Designed for you to receive the perfect message and the perfect timing.

Taking a deep,

Energizing breath up into your root chakra,

Base of your spine,

All the way up to the crown of your head,

Energizing your body,

Coming back into presence,

Your physical reality,

Feeling your connection to the earth and to the cosmos,

To your soul intelligence,

All at once as the multidimensional being that you are.

Vibrating so powerfully as the unique divine vibration that you are in perfect health and wellbeing,

Attuned to abundance,

Embodying your radiant magnetism.

Feeling a deep love for this beautiful body you get to dance through life with,

Bringing a smile to your face.

Breathing in,

Maybe breathing out with a sigh to bring awareness back into your physical body,

Completely awake,

Focused,

Present,

So alive,

So expansive,

So you,

Shining your beautiful light,

Feeling your powerful presence,

Celebrating you and all of your perfection in this perfect present moment.
