I'm going to ask that you do not operate a motor vehicle while listening to any of these meditations.
It is for your safety that a motor vehicle is not operated as emotions may arise.
It is preferable that you meditate in a meditation position or lay flat on a comfortable bed or perhaps sit upright in a chair with your feet grounded to the floor.
Otherwise you can listen to these meditations while walking,
While visiting a beach or out back in your backyard where you are immersed in nature.
Any of these things that you choose will provide you with the most effectiveness as we later ground these energies into your chakras.
I'm going to ask that you envision this white light flowing throughout your body and inviting light that is warm,
Patient,
Kind and beautiful.
A light that flows with ease throughout your body.
And in just a moment we are going to begin.
Once you have that white light flowing throughout your body,
I want you to turn your attention to your breathing.
We are going to begin.
Take one slow deep breath in with your nose on an eight count,
Breathing in slowly this beautiful majestic white light of protection.
Hold on an eight count as much as you can before releasing through your nose on an eight count.
Know that you are relaxed and safe.
Release through your mouth envisioning the anxieties,
The fears that have kept you captive.
They no longer serve you on your journey of transformation.
Take another slow deep breath in on an eight count envisioning a white light of protection that is safe,
Beautiful,
Kind and loving.
It flows through your body with love and with ease.
Hold on an eight count taking in the beauty of the white light that is flowing throughout your body.
It is keeping you or making you relaxed.
Release through your mouth on an eight count all the negativity,
The things that have held you from living a happy and fulfilling life.
It no longer serves you on this journey.
See it.
Flowing away from your body.
Take one last deep breath in on an eight count envisioning that white light of protection that is flowing with love,
With ease.
It's safe.
It's beautiful.
It's kind,
Gentle and loving.
Hold on an eight count.
And on an eight count release through your mouth all the negativity that you see leaving your body.
It no longer serves you on this journey.
See it flowing away.
It is gone.
Now relax.
And as you relax you can feel this wave of relaxation flowing through your body.
Now please bring your attention back to your breathing.
You want to ensure that it is being regulated.
And from here on out you're going to listen to my voice as I guide you through this light language meditation.
And at the end we are going to ground it.

Hold on a four count and then releasing on a four count,
Breathing and grounding it into your heart space.
Take another slow deep breath in on a four count,
Breathing in that white light of freedom,
Peace and transformation.
Hold on a four count and release it slowly grounding it into your heart space.
Take one last deep breath in on a four count,
Envisioning that white light of protection,
Of love,
Freedom,
Peace and transformation.

Release through your mouth grounding it into your heart space.
