Using the power of VFT,
We're going to set an intention to really care for and nurture our bodies with kindness and with gratitude.
So we're going to be doing lots of affirmations as we tap today.
So I want you to really allow yourself to embrace each one and breathe in that sense of empowerment.

So take a nice deep breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And then tapping on the side of the hand,
Repeating after me either in your mind or out loud.
Even though I may have been hard on my body in the past.
