Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This meditation is called the non-doing meditation.
There are three main aspects to this meditation.
One is that meditation is not a doing,
It's a non-doing.
The second is we allow thought.
Emotions,
Body sensations.
All phenomena to arise.
But we do not engage in it.
Neither do we move towards it.
Nor do we push it away.
And the third aspect is allowing this now to unfold exactly the way it is already unfolding.
Please close your eyes.
Relax completely.
Realize that there's nothing to do.
Just like waves are arising in an ocean.
Phenomena like thoughts,
Emotions,
Body sensations arise in open awareness.
In your open,
Spacious awareness.
No matter what phenomena you are aware of.
Have an attitude off.
Not interested.
We are not trying to stop the phenomena from arising.
We're not waiting for it to subside.
Recently be in a state of not interested.
And remember,
We are doing absolutely nothing.
Let the dance of phenomena.
Go on.
But you.
Do nothing.
Don't be interested.
Don't push away anything.
Don't Leben.
Just be as you are.
Be as the open space which allows everything.
It is nothing.
And is interested in nothing.
Not interested.
Allowing this moment to unfold.
Exactly the way it is unfolded.
You are the open spacious awareness.
In which thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations arise and subside day in and day out.
Being this space.
Which allows everything.
But is not interested in anything.
Like the open sky.
Allows the clouds.
But is not attached to the clouds.
Neither has any problem with the clouds.
Complete openness.
Complete emptiness.
Complete non-attachment.
And completely with no preference.
Be taught in.
Don't zoom in to any phenomena.
Be open.

You are already this awareness.
Now gently open your eyes.
Notice whatever is appearing in front of you.
Without any preference,
Without any interest.
Be with your experience totally.
Don't fragment.
Don't divine.
