Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
The body is a temple of the divine.
We unconsciously hold a lot of stress and strain in the body and we also have a tendency to take the body for granted.
In this session we will direct love,
Kindness and gratitude to the body.
Lie down and give yourself permission to relax.
Let go of all ideas of doing and becoming.
Bring tender and soft awareness to the top of the head.
Allow this area to relax.
Allow the back of the head to relax.
Now be aware of the forehead.
Allow the forehead to relax.
Bring awareness to the eyes and eyelids.
And relax.
Bring tender awareness to the cheeks.
Allow the cheeks to relax.
Be aware of the nose.
Allow the nose to relax.
Be aware of your mouth and lips and let them relax.
Be aware of the jaw and allow the jaw to relax.
Allow the ears to relax.
Be aware of your entire face.
Allowing the entire face to relax.
Relax the neck,
Back of the neck.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Take a few deep breaths and allow your chest to relax.
Be aware of the left arm,
Hands,
Fingers.
Allow them to relax.
Bring awareness to the right arm,
Hands and fingers.
And allow them to relax.
Allow your abdomen to relax.
Allow the upper back and lower back to relax.
Relax your hips.
Relax your thighs.
Knees.
Legs.
And feet.
Relax the toes.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Allow your entire body to relax from the head to the foot.
Take a few deep breaths.
Feel that you are breathing in love and breathing out peace.
Now become aware of how beautifully and gently the bed or couch is holding you.
Now become aware of how beautifully and gently the bed or couch is holding your body.
Now become aware of how beautifully and gently the bed or couch is holding your body.
Now become aware of how beautifully and gently the bed or couch is holding your body.

Completely let go.
You are held.
You can relax.
