Relax,
Close your eyes According to the human sense of things,
You are in a room right now It's a certain day,
A certain time,
At a certain address None of this is true in the I am self Know consciously that you are not a person moving within four walls,
Under a roof,
On a floor You are not in time or space,
You are not immortal You are breaking all the bonds of the conditioned mind in this meditation Tune into the sense I am Feel it in your heart,
I am here I am Be aware of the silence and the spaciousness and the emptiness I am a child of God I have no human form I am pure,
Everywhere,
Spirit I have no human environment I am pure spirit Do not be concerned in this meditation about the logical reason of this to human mind or any other human mind You are breaking the fetters of a false sense of environment,
Resting in the knowledge that I am not a finite self I am breaking the fetters of time I am that self which is not born of a father or mother I am that self which is not confined to a shape or a weight or a size I am formless,
I am the pure self I have no human environment I do not live in this world My self is not in this earth or the stars or the atmosphere There is no earth,
Stars or atmosphere,
There is just my pure being everywhere Rest Rest here in your true environment Rest in the infinite self You are the infinite self,
Infinite as God,
One with God,
Unbounded,
Free You have left the world behind You have left the form behind You are the unbounded self You are before the birth of the body and after the death of the body You are before the beginning of the world and after the end of the world Feel your formless self Feel your consciousness Feel your formless self Feel your consciousness filled with God substance,
God life,
God presence You are the formless self You have no digestive system,
Back,
Arm,
Shoulder,
Heart or even a brain You are pure spirit,
Perfect,
Formless You are in the kingdom of God Your formless true self is the kingdom of God You are not trying to make this happen You are realizing the nature of your true being When you lose the sense of mortality,
A new awareness tumbles in In a whole new government,
It releases you to the law of spirit It releases you from the law of karma It releases you from human thought,
Human predicaments,
Human situations and the need for human decisions It moves you into the rhythm of grace Resting again in the I am self Feeling the formless one self Your spirit,
Your consciousness is filled with God's life now God's spirit,
God's grace You are the only self,
There is no second self You are now home,
You are now in the kingdom You are now one with God Here you have no human form to worry about No human environment that needs to be maintained,
Sustained No human decisions to make,
No human problems to solve You are the child of God,
Free,
Loved by God You are home You have left mortality behind You are now in the spiritual kingdom Now you are the child of God And here you can listen to God's guidance Be still Listen,
Allow God to speak to you You are the child of God,
And as the child of God You can listen to God,
You are not in the human mind anymore You can allow God to speak to you You can allow God to talk to you When you are silent,
God talks to you Enjoy your true environment The formless environment,
The kingdom Where there is nothing to solve,
Nothing to overcome No yesterday,
No tomorrow You are in the eternal day,
The eternal now This meditation has a carry-over effect So that the consciousness you attain in the moment of grace Becomes part of the consciousness that walks with you during the rest of the day You discover the ease and effortlessness of living During this meditation,
You are not being earthbound in your consciousness You have impersonalized the world,
You have nothing-ized the conditions of the world You are letting spirit transform your environment through the mind Which no longer is the human mind,
And so your world is renewed and regenerated The power of spirit,
Ever-present as it is now,
Begins to direct your affairs Infinite intelligence guides you in all things You are not a house apart,
You are not doing things that are unordained And now the law of spirit operates in your life Sufficiency must appear in all things A little walk in the kingdom of God will always restore you to the faith that God is present You will know that you have never been apart,
Never in a limited corporeal self That you never really had a true problem You only had an unconscious separation from that which you have never really been separate And more and more you realize And more and more you realize,
I am spirit,
I am the child of God For you there is no future,
There is an infinite now beckoning and saying Live in the infinity of my being now Don't fractionalize,
Don't let the little mind torment you into being a creature again Don't get rid of the human problems,
Get rid of the sense of humanhood Take the whole backdrop of humanhood away,
Step out of your mental environment into the fullness of your being And rest,
Abide And let the word live itself It's a grand and glorious experience and a preview of freedom In your true self you are now free I,
In the midst of you,
Have overcome the world When you are I,
You will discover that there is no world to overcome I am the unbounded self of the spiritual kingdom And I am come,
My kingdom has come My kingdom is not from hence,
But here now You are myself
