Finding yourself somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit or lie down.
This meditation is powerful and supportive,
Offering you an opportunity to reflect,
Heal and forgive people or situations or even yourself.
Meditation offers a beautiful safe container to process and release difficult emotions and feelings,
Knowing that you can open your eyes at any point throughout this process.
With your body resting comfortably,
Allowing your eyes to gently shut or lower,
Connecting with your breath,
Feel the soothing,
Rocking sensation of the inhale and exhale.
We're going to guide our body and mind into a calm,
Relaxed and supported state,
Feeling the breath travel in through the nose,
Through the nose,
Filling the chest and lungs and as you exhale,
Feeling that body release,
Letting that exhale out.
This time as you inhale,
Just inhaling,
Pausing for a moment,
Then exhaling and releasing.
Repeating this process a few times,
Just inhale,
Pause,
Release slowly.
Again,
Inhale,
Pause,
Release slowly.
Bringing awareness to the rest of the body,
Noticing any sensations of heat or tightness,
Tension or pain,
And just drawing the breath to those areas.
With each exhale again,
Feeling the body surrender,
Relax and let go.
This is a time for you to receive the healing you require or seek,
A time to let go of resentment,
Worry,
Anger or pain,
A time to process and forgive.
In your mind as you breathe,
Now silently repeating the affirmation,
I am safe and strong,
I am safe and strong.
And know as you go through this process that you are always in control.
The process of forgiveness allows us to release past hurt,
Shame,
Guilt and pain,
Taking our energy back to ourselves,
Allowing us to move forward,
To break free from patterns and create new positive experiences.
Just beginning to connect with the breath,
Nice deep breaths.
And as you breathe,
Bringing to mind a person or a situation that you wish to forgive or release.
This may be something from the past or the present,
It may even be that you're looking to forgive yourself,
To set yourself free from guilt and shame and disappointment.
You deserve to live a life where you feel confident,
Loved and loving,
Knowing that your heart is kind and authentic and true.
As you bring this person or situation to mind,
I want you to visualize a chair in front of you.
I want you to see that person sitting in that chair or that situation playing out in front of you.
Or if it's self-forgiveness you're seeking,
Seeking to heal,
Then see yourself sitting in that chair.
I want you now in your mind to call upon what it is you would like to forgive and release.
And I want you to visualize that chair in front of you,
And I want you to allow your body to feel those emotions.
Allow your body to feel the emotions that you wish to live or to be forgiven.
See that person or situation or self,
Have those conversations.
How do you feel?
Allow your body to feel those emotions.
Visualizing,
Repeating,
Saying all that you wish to say,
Knowing that you no longer need to carry it within you.
As you look at the person in the chair or the situation playing out in front of you,
You begin to see it with new eyes.
You see it from your higher self.
Your higher self is reminding you that carrying this pain within you or negative emotions is no longer serving you.
It's time to release and forgive the situation once and for all.
As you see the situation,
You begin to repeat,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me.
Thank you.

Each time as you repeat this phrase,
The situation and the person seems to dissolve a little bit and move further and further away from you.
As you look upon the situation,
You look down by your side.
By your side,
There is a golden sword.
This crystal sword is vibrating with positivity and light.
You pick up the sword and hold it.
And then with one great big swing,
You cut through this projection in front of you.
You cut through any cords of attachment to the situation,
The story you've been telling yourself.
As you cut through this final image,
It dissolves into a million pieces like diamonds in the sky.
As you watch this happening,
You take in a great big inhale.
And on the exhale,
You blow and you blow all those pieces out to the universe to be healed and held by Mother Earth,
To be healed and transmuted with love.
You place the sword down on the ground.
You feel a sense of relief,
Emotion and freedom.
Placing your hands over your heart now,
Allowing the final process of this healing to take place.
Again,
Repeating in your mind with your hands on your heart,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me.

You stand with your hands on your heart and you feel a sense of warmth envelop you.
This warmth surrounds you,
