
Say Yes To Being Confident & Happy
This meditation helps you to leave some limiting beliefs behind and gain new trust and confidence in yourself and your abilities to create a meaningful happy, healthy life.
Transcript
Just start slowly and be sure that you're comfortable and relaxed.
Get yourself into a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and begin inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.
Continue inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly,
About five or six times.
Each time you exhale your whole body keeps relaxing more and more.
You continue feeling more calm,
More peaceful and more at ease.
As you continue relaxing I want you to use your imagination.
Imagine yourself lying on the grass in a soft green meadow.
The sun is shining gently.
There's an easy breathe blowing over your body.
You continue feeling more comfortable and at ease every time you breathe in.
Breathing in more relaxation and comfort and exhaling,
Continuing to feel more comfortable and more at ease.
Beautiful flowers are blooming all around you.
You can see the flowers moving gently in the breeze.
Notice the wonderful fragrances of the flowers.
And in your world of your imaginations there are no things like that would disturb you.
Things that you might have in your day to day life.
Just feel completely at ease.
In your world of your imagination there are no allergies.
There's just peace and calm.
And there you can enjoy the meadow.
Now in your mind I want you to stand up and look up and see the beautiful mountain at the end of this meadow.
Let's take a trip up that mountain.
It's easy and effortless.
Look around and notice an easy flowing stream to the right of you.
You're walking over to the stream and you visualize bending over and putting your hand in the water.
Notice that the water is poor and clean,
Cool and refreshing.
Just play a little bit with this and listen to the gentleness of the water.
Just follow the stream up the mountain as you walk along following.
Walk along and then come to a pond at the head of the stream.
And again bending and putting your hands into the water and noticing the difference from the pond and from the stream.
It's nice and warm.
And since at this level of your mind you're an excellent swimmer you decide to go in the water and swim for a brief time.
You can leave your clothes at the side on a warm stone.
Feel the warm water surrounding your body as you quietly move through the water.
Feeling it refreshing and enjoyable,
Cleansing your body weightless and free.
Just enjoying that peacefulness,
That weightlessness,
The refreshing water for a moment.
And as you swim over you see there's new clothes lying on the warm stone,
A beautiful wide fluffy towel.
Drying yourself and putting on your new clothes.
Feeling the crispness,
The freshness and the energy.
And as you continue moving up the mountains you can hear the birds and you can smell the trees.
Maybe they're pine trees.
You can still see the meadow and the small opening between the trees.
You're halfway up the mountain now and you notice a fallen tree over to the left as you decide to stop and rest.
This is a very peaceful place.
The meadow below is in full view from here.
It's really beautiful and you drink in all the colors of the shades of green,
Vibrancy.
Continue up the mountain now and imagine how beautiful it will be at the top of them when you're able to look down.
The breeze is blowing gently and you can notice the smell of small cedar trees as we're nearing the top of the mountain.
Just a few more steps and we will be there.
We finally made it and you can see the deep canyon on the other side and the meadow just below.
Just ahead you notice a sign there on top of the mountain.
You walk over to it and you notice that it says,
Speak the question you want answered most in the canyon below and you will see the answers written in the sky above.
Take in a deep breath and decide the most important question that you want answered today.
And then you speak it in your mind's eye into the canyon,
Into the wisdom,
Into the void and you look at the sky for your answer.
It might be that you see some signs.
It might be that you see words written,
That a thought comes to your mind.
It might be that you hear a song in your head,
Whatever it is for you.
Just visualize the blue sky and the answers coming to you now.
No expectations of finding the answer now.
Might be that you find the answer this time round or the next time round.
What's important is that you're relaxed,
That you're at a beautiful place.
The answer will be here waiting for you,
Ready for you to receive it whenever you're ready.
And maybe you will begin to see signs or symbols or somebody else gives you the answer in the next few days.
Keep asking and you will receive.
And you can visit this wonderful place as often as you like and as many questions asking as you want.
Whenever you're open and ready,
The answer will come to you.
Maybe not even in the way you expected to come to you but without fail because all the answers are within you already.
When you let go,
You will find it.
Now it's time to go back down the mountain and return to the meadow.
You can notice the sun beginning to set on the hills on the left.
And we still have plenty of time to get down before it gets dark.
As you're going down,
You notice a few deer off in the forest,
Halfway down.
And you pause for a few minutes and sit on the fallen tree again.
You can even see the beautiful sunset as it's forming now.
So you continue moving down and down.
You can hear the birds chirping.
Come back to the pond.
See the reflection of the sunset and the colors on the surface of the water.
Continue on following the beautiful,
Refreshing stream.
Now you're back in the meadow as you lie down in the comfortable grass again.
You can smell the fragrance of the flowers.
Now you're ready to receive some suggestions I will be giving to you before you awake from this beautiful relaxation.
You now become aware of self-confidence within you.
You're self-reliant,
Self-confident,
And filled with independence and determination.
You've opened your mind to the inner security that was laying dormant within you.
You're transforming and transmuting your self-confidence.
You think confidently.
You talk confidently.
And you project an image of self-confidence.
You're independent and filled with inner security.
Your self-confidence grows internally and externally.
Your inner confidence is emerging.
You realize that everything that happens in your life happens for a reason,
Even though you might not understand it at the time.
But at some stage before you came into this world,
You might have written your life plan and the lessons you wanted to learn.
You're the creator of your own reality,
And you can trust your higher self and the source of all life.
From now on,
Every day,
When you lay down for a while to find your inner sanctuary,
You connect more and more with your higher self.
You will find signs in your outer world for this inner change that is taking place within you.
You give up resisting and develop your inner wisdom.
You stop searching on the outside,
Trust that everything is just right the way it is.
The walls that you build around you prevent you from fully connecting to the life force and the joy that is waiting in your life to be discovered.
You are creating a new positive reality.
Taking in a deep breath and experiencing all the warmth and joy in your life while detaching from anything that feels low,
From this moment on you see the positive side of everything that happens in your life.
You see positive opportunities in everything you experience.
Your positive thinking now results in a more positive life.
You experience a feeling of overall well-being and mental calm.
You're at peace with yourself,
The world and everyone in it.
Each and every day you experience more and more positive results of your positive thinking.
You're grateful every day for the gifts that you have in your life and appreciate them every day a little bit more and more and more.
Your self-esteem is increasing and so is your confidence.
Even if you don't believe it on a level,
On a different and deeper level you are ready.
You're starting to feel enthusiastic about your life and look forward to the challenges rather than seeing them as problems.
You now breathe life with new optimism,
With new enthusiasm.
Happy self-assured inner you has emerged.
You're a positive individual who sees the problems only as opportunities.
You're patient and calm.
You're centered at all times.
You let go of all fear-based emotions such as blame,
Jealousy,
Guilt,
Anger and possessiveness.
These negative emotions are now past of your past and you use them only as building blocks for a more positive future.
You're independent and self-responsible and you fully realize that you are unlimited in your ability to create your own reality.
You keep your mind like calm water.
You remain centered at all times.
This means to be physically relaxed,
Emotionally calm,
Mentally focused and alert.
You are confident and secure about everything.
You maintain a calm mind and you think only positive thoughts.
You no longer worry about things you cannot change.
You're confident and secure mentally at peace.
Breathing in that new confidence in the here and in the now connecting back to your body in the next minute or so,
It will be time for you to return to the here and now feeling relaxed and very good about yourself,
Sensing the energy of your body,
Sensing the calmness in your being.
Remember you can always return to this beautiful place.
You can always speak your answer in the canyon and listen in the sky for your answer.
Don't forget to look out for signs.
Just let yourself gradually return feeling refreshed and relaxed,
Ready to open your eyes and be back here in the here and now,
Better than before,
Feeling refreshed.
