Good morning.
Make sure that you're in a comfortable position,
Either lying down or with your back straight.
Closing your eyes,
Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Inhale to the count of three and hold your breath for two.
Then exhale for the count of four.
Repeat breathing like this for a few breaths.
Inhaling to the count of three,
Holding for two and exhaling to the count of four.
In your mind say,
Good morning world,
Today is a great day because I choose to see it that way,
No matter what.

Every time you breathe in deeply,
Imagine a vibrant yellow light flow into your body with every breath you take.
Filling up every cell in your body,
This yellow light is charged with a powerful positive energy,
So with every breath you take your body will become naturally energized and charged with positive yellow life force.
You may feel a slight tingling as this positive yellow energy spreads throughout your entire body,
Recharging every cell and every part of you.
As your life force is recharged with this energy you feel simply joy and gratitude in being alive.
You begin to look forward to this great day.
I want you to embrace this feeling,
Embody it.
Give yourself permission to feel great.
Feel great about yourself and to receive positivity from the universe that's all around you and they are ready to help you.
Now I want you to quietly repeat in your mind,

Transmuted into loving thought of possibilities and gratitude.
Now I want you to smile a little bit to yourself and pay attention to how that simple little smile improves your overall morning mood.
Let's repeat some feel-good affirmations and even though you might not believe some of these yet,
The more we repeat them to ourselves,
The more we energetically are matching ourselves up with this positive energy.
And the more we open ourselves to the possibilities,
The more open we are,
The more we're going to manifest them.
Try to keep that smile on your face while you repeat quietly in your mind after me.

I am loved.
I am happy.

Just letting these affirmations sink in and you can repeat this short meditation over and over.
Or maybe pick one sentence for you today that you can repeat and keep in your mind and be conscious.
Now take in a deep breath and it's time to begin your great day.
Begin by gently stretching your back and arms.
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Sensing your body's way,
No one else's.
Listen to the sounds around you.
Smelling the moment.
Tasting the moment.
And slowly opening your eyes,
Seeing the world a little brighter,
A little different.
Being wide awake,
Feeling energized and ready for a great day.
