Beginning to allow everything to drop away.
Notice all the points where your body touches the floor and just drop a little bit deeper,
Sinking into your mat.
Allow any anxieties of tomorrow or worries of yesterday to just melt away.
As you discover your trusty companion,
The breath.
Breathing deeply here,
As you carve out the next few minutes for your practice.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Allowing this breath energy to move through your body.
Begin to allow it to swirl around and fill you up before it gently moves down through the pelvis,
The legs and the feet.
Allow your roots to tumble out of you and cascade into the earth below,
Allowing these roots to move through the layers of the soil,
The rock and the mantle,
Bursting into the earth and moving down and down in many different directions.
Allow these roots to continue to travel down,
Taking up more and more space on both your masculine and feminine sides and see them moving through the earth below,
Uniting with the mycelium network.
Feel yourself rooted and deeply held,
As these roots continue to spread and grow down and down into the earth.
Feel these roots get stronger and sturdier and feel the soil in between.
For your roots,
Move down through the golden gateway and wrap tightly around the center of the earth.
Breathe deeply here,
Feeling safe and secure.
Continue to take a few inhalations and exhalations,
Allowing yourself to soften,
Allowing yourself to be held.
On the next inhalation,
We're going to begin to bring up a vibrant light energy from the center of the earth.
Begin to draw this energy up through the center of the earth and up into your root network,
Allow it to grow and move through you,
Penetrating all of your roots,
Allowing this white light energy to begin to move up and up through the layers of the earth,
Up and up through the root network,
Up and up through the rock,
The mantle and the soil,
Up and up through your feet,
Up and up through your legs,
Up and up into your pelvis and your root chakra,
Where here you notice that the light begins to transform into a beautiful flying dove.
Allow this dove with this vibrant light energy to open its wings and allow it to enter your root chakra,
Bringing this cleansing and revitalizing energy,
This beautiful white light into your red root chakra and allow it to bring this light into your relationship with security,
Your home,
Your health and your finances.
Allow it to clear this space out and refresh this energy as it permeates through you.
Allow this light to settle here with each breath,
Before allowing the dove to move up into the sacral chakra,
Flying into this space with this vibrant light,
Allowing it to clean and unlock as it fills up the beautiful sacral chakra,
Orange in color.
Breathe into this space,
Allowing connection and love into your relationships before this dove begins to travel up,
Moving into the solar plexus as it brings this white light,
This cleansing energy into the solar plexus,
Allowing it to shine a sunny yellow color as you fill up with personal power and conviction,
As you fill up with vitality and a true sense of self and purpose.
Breathe into this space,
Allowing the dove to settle here,
Before your next inhalation where the dove moves up into the center of your chest and into your heart chakra.
Take a few deep breaths here,
Allowing this vibrant energizing light to radiate through the heart as the dove begins to open its wings and flap this energy into your energetic field,
Into your life and the lives of those people around you as your heart space begins to refresh and renew itself,
As it begins to grow with love and forgiveness and compassion,
Allowing you to connect fully with yourself,
Your needs,
Your desires and with the world around you.
Breathe into this space,
Allowing it to fill with a beautiful green emerald color,
With a soft pink exterior,
Allowing the dove to flap its wings,
Allowing this light to be spread,
To radiate,
To glow with every breath,
Allowing it to fill you,
To expand within you.
And on the next inhalation,
Begin to allow this dove to flow and fly up into your throat chakra.
Allow it to take space here with this vibrant light energy as it revitalizes and refreshes this space,
Allowing you to speak your truth,
To speak words of love instead of hate and to own your power.
Breathe into this space,
Allowing it to fill with a vibrant blue light,
Refreshing and cleansing and unlocking this space.
Breathe deeply here,
Allowing it to permeate outwards and outwards.
Breathe in this light,
Breathing it in and in and in.
And on the next exhalation,
Allow your dove to fly upwards with this vibrant radiant light,
Penetrating into the beautiful third eye in the center of your forehead,
Unlocking the energy of the third eye,
Allowing you to see into different realms,
Allowing you to receive divine guidance and intuition,
Allowing you to see and perceive any obstacles that may be standing in your way so that you may choose to act differently and live from a place of alignment.
Allow this dove to flutter its wings within your third eye,
Bringing a refreshed and revitalized energy into this beautiful violet space.
Breathe deeply here,
Feeling your third eye open up and up and up to this divine energy flowing in and out.
Breathe deeply here,
Being receptive to this energy.
On the next inhalation,
Allow the dove to move up into the top of your head,
Bursting out of you and unlocking your crown chakra,
Which is a beautiful purple color.
Allow this beautiful light to flood up through you,
Through the earth and your root network and up through your central channel,
Coming out the top of your head.
Allow this dove to bring in this revitalizing white grounding energy that refreshes and renews your crown chakra,
Allowing this light to begin to flood in from every direction,
Allowing it to pour down from the sun and the moon,
Allowing it to pour down from your spirit team,
Allowing it to concentrate at the top of your head and allowing it to just fill with light,
Allowing you to fill up with light and your central channel.
Take a few breaths here as your energy begins to merge with this bright white light,
As you begin to balance in divine masculine and feminine energies as this light begins to work within your body,
Within your cells,
Beginning to upgrade you,
Allowing you to receive the divine messages of light.
Breathe here,
Feeling this light work within your body,
Allowing it to enter you from front and back and every direction.
Breathe deeply here.
Turn this light up by 10,
By 100,
By 1000 and just receive,
Receive,
Receive as you soften,
Soften,
Soften,
Allowing it to permeate into all beings of your life,
Your career,
Your relationships,
Your health,
Your creativity,
Your connection with the earth,
Connection with your ancestors.
Allow it to continue working in the next minutes,
Days and weeks flooding into your life and just sit in this light for a few more minutes.

Begin to consolidate all of this energy back down into the solar plexus,
Drawing it in and in and into your solar plexus,
Allowing it to lock in as a personal power bank,
Allowing it to fill you up with vitality,
For you to draw on at any time as these central channels remain locked into this network of light,
Allowing it to flow and release within you,
But knowing that you can draw on this personal power at any time.
Begin to take a few revitalizing breaths,
Beginning to ground and center your energy and just begin to take note of your root system again,
Find your anchor as you begin to deeply root into the earth below.
Take a few deep breaths,
Continuing to tune into these roots,
Beginning to take note of the noises around you,
Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes as you notice all the places where your body touches the floor,
Taking a few deep breaths and dedicating your practice today.
