We're gonna embark on a healing mantra for sleep that's meant to help you sleep more deeply and have excellent dream recall.
We'll repeat these mantras.
There's four phrases.
We'll repeat them 21 times as is the Toltec tradition for this practice.
So you want to do this when you're in bed and ready to go to sleep.
Even better time to do this is if you wake up about four or five hours into your sleeping.
Time into the phase of sleep where you're going to be having more and more dreams.
You could repeat this mantra then 21 times.
You want to do it a very very restful very quiet way and you want to count on your fingers as you go through each set of mantras.
So we'll say together.
You can repeat after me.

I have excellent dream recall.
Counting that as one with your thumb and now your index finger.

I'm counting on your next finger.

I have excellent dream recall.
Just moving each finger very slightly.
Acknowledging the completion of the mantra and your fourth finger.

And acknowledging the fifth recitation of the mantra that we're about to begin with your pinky finger.

And now continuing to count with your fingers independently we'll continue to say the mantra together.
