Charlotte Brady began practicing yoga and meditation in 1990. She completed her teacher training in the lineage of Krishnamacharya in 2005 and turned to Vedantic philosophy. She is currently studying Sanskrit. Although influenced by many traditions; Sufism, Zen, Christian mysticism, and modern non-dualism, Charlotte doesn’t adhere to any one school but focuses on the presence of being, inherent in all. Charlotte is also a poet who has published five books of poems.
