Welcome to this Goodnight Moon mini meditation.

We're going to be winding down from the day,

Closing our eyes and using the vision of the moon and the energy of the moon to calm ourselves down for the end of the day.

So just taking in a few nice relaxing breaths into the body,

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out tension,

Letting go of any worries,

Any stresses from the day.

Beautiful Goodnight meditation,

Feeling the body winding down from the head all the way down to the toes,

Breathing in that intention of relaxation and breathing out any stress,

Anything that isn't relaxation.

So as we lay here,

We're just going to start envisioning the moon in your mind's eye,

So eyes closed,

Just getting a good visual of the moon above you.

The moon is big.

The moon is bright.

There might be some sparkles in the moon.

Just a big full moon.

Just envisioning that powerful moon above you.

So once you get that good visual of the moon above you,

We're just going to start tapping into and feeling the energy of the moon,

The strong,

Healing,

Powerful,

Manifesting moon.

So just feeling that big energy,

Big supportive energy in this moon right above you.

Feeling this energy to help you relax.

Just laying there and breathing and feeling this energy.

Embrace all the love and support to the moon provides.

When you feel like you don't have anything,

Anyone,

Any support,

Nature can always support you.

So just feeling the support and love from this big beautiful moon above you.

And as we can envision this moon,

As we can feel it,

We're going to start breathing out all of our worries,

All of our stress and anxieties into the moon,

Allowing the moon to take it for us.

Still breathing in calm,

Breathing in healing,

And breathing out your worries to the moon.

Breathing in the calm,

Breathing in the healing,

Powerful energy from this moon.

And breathing out any stress,

Any worries from the day into this big moon energy above you supporting you,

There for you.

As this moon is supporting you,

We're just going to do a few affirmations to get even more support.

So just laying in that moon energy,

Feeling the moon energy.

I am relaxed.

I will get a restful sleep.

I am calm.

I am sleepy.

I am comfortable.

Good night moon.

Breathing in that calming energy from the supporting moon.

Feeling any tension out of the body.
