In this easy beginner FOREST GUIDED Meditation, I will be guiding you into a deep relaxation, that will quickly bring you into a less anxious and busy state. This meditation will leave you with a grounded and more centered feeling. With a soft gentle voice, I will be easing your body back to a more homeostatic balance and guiding you to fall asleep more soundly and just be calmer in your day-to-day life. Your breathing patterns will be re-aligned and your body will be gently relaxed.

Welcome to this journey guided meditation where you'll be lifted off into a beautiful imaginative space.

Away from all the stress and pressure of your life,

The world,

Your mind.

A nice break so you can go back into the world refreshed and new.

Follow along and enjoy this special journey made just for you.

So find a comfortable space,

A comfortable position.

A place where you can relax for the next bit to go on this beautiful guided journey meditation.

So just find that breath.

We're just going to start taking a few relaxed breaths into the body.

Breathing in calm.

Breathing out tension.

Find that breath.

Move it in through the nose and through the body.

Breathe into any tense areas of the body.

Allow yourself to relax and let go.

This is your permission to relax and let go.

You're going to allow yourself to go on this journey of healing and relaxation and release.

So breathing in and breathing out.

Relaxing as that breath hits each spot in the body.

That part of the body relaxes,

Relaxing the mind and the brain.

Relaxing the shoulders,

The neck,

Those areas where we hold all that tension.

Relaxing the heart space,

The chest.

Nice slow full breaths into the chest area.

Breathing that breath down,

Relaxing the belly,

Arms and hands relaxed.

And down the legs and feet.

So nice breath just preparing ourselves for this beautiful journey.

This beautiful gift that you can give to yourself.

We'll be using our mind's eye for our journey.

Picture yourself and imagine yourself walking into the most beautiful forest you've ever seen.

This beautiful forest of healing,

Relaxation,

Connection.

So just imagining this beautiful forest.

Noticing any colors.

Noticing any smells.

Walk around and look around until you find a comfortable space to lay in the grass.

So just take a moment breathing,

Relaxing in your mind's eye just find that comfortable space in the grass.

And when you feel ready just laying in that space in the grass.

As you're still breathing and relaxing and enjoying this comfortable space.

We're going to start grounding and rooting ourselves.

So just imagining yourself laying there and just noticing and feeling roots coming out of your back,

Your legs,

Your arms,

The back of your neck.

These roots are going down deep into the earth.

This beautiful space in the forest that you found to lay and relax.

So just seeing and feeling these roots that are connected to you going down into the earth,

Down into the dirt.

Connecting you to the earth.

Connecting you to this present moment.

Just noticing what that feels like when you're completely grounded and connected to the present moment.

Feeling strong.

Feeling connected.

Feeling secure.

Feeling safe.

And still following the breath as you feel into this moment,

This grounded moment.

Just laying in this beautiful forest,

Roots connected deep into the earth.

Feeling calm energy,

Grounded,

Connected.

And breathing out anxiety,

Worry,

Stress.

Beautiful roots down into the earth,

Connecting you into this present moment and connecting you into this journey.

So as you're still breathing,

Relaxing,

Feeling grounded and connected,

As you're laying there in your mind's eye,

Looking up into the big open blue sky.

Just noticing any white fluffy clouds floating by.

Big clouds,

Little clouds.

Just watching those clouds float by.

And if you feel your mind is still busy,

You can imagine any thoughts that want to disrupt you and take you out of this relaxed journey.

Taking those thoughts and putting them onto these clouds.

When you first put the thought on a cloud,

It might still be right above you,

Close to you.

But as the wind blows and as the cloud floats away,

So do the thoughts that are on these clouds.

So just observing for a few moments.

And if there's anything on your mind,

Anything stressful,

Any words,

Any thoughts,

Any situations,

Just put them onto the clouds and watch them float away slowly through the big open sky.

Noticing and just imagining all the colors of the sky.

Is the sky more white and clear?

Are those shadows from the sun,

Light from the sun?

Just noticing any colors of the sky.

And if you ever feel like the mind wants to get more busy,

Just imagining those thoughts floating away on the clouds.

We're going to imagine the sunshine now,

That big beautiful warm ball of sunshine.

Just noticing and seeing in your mind's eye that sunshine up in the sky.

We're going to start noticing what that sunshine and that energy feels like against the skin.

The sun is warm against the skin,

Just feeling from head to toe that warming sensation.

Just feeling that bright nourishing energy,

Warm energy coming down from the sunshine into the body.

Filling you up with positive energy,

Warm sunshine energy.

As you just lay and relax in this beautiful space,

Out in nature,

Noticing everything,

Feeling everything in this present moment.

You're going to start noticing and seeing the trees swaying back and forth.

Just laying underneath these big beautiful strong grounded trees.

And just noticing and feeling some of that energy from these big beautiful trees.

How does it feel to be surrounded by this powerful grounded energy?

Big tall beautiful trees above you.

Nice full trees.

Facing oxygen into the air as you breathe your breathing in this beautiful fresh healthy oxygen from these beautiful trees.

So just laying there and breathing that oxygen,

Feeling nurtured and healthy.

Noticing if you hear any sounds,

The leaves clapping up against each other,

All those little leaves.

What does it sound like as the wind goes through the leaves?

Just noticing what that wind sounds like through the trees and the leaves.

How does that wind feel up against your body?

Feeling the wind graze your skin.

You might even feel a bit of a comfortable chill against the body.

As the sun beats down,

Just feeling that chill of the wind.

That chill of the wind moving from the top of your head all the way down your body.

This wind brings healing,

Relaxation.

It's very powerful and life giving to your body.

So as you're breathing and relaxing,

Just focusing and feeling the wind as it grazes the body and relaxes you.

Feel feeling grounded and safe and relaxed in this beautiful forest space that you've created in your mind.

As you lay there,

Observing and feeling what that grass feels like underneath your body.

How it feels against your body,

These little blades of grass.

Just observing that feeling of the grass underneath your body.

Feeling grounded and connected to the earth.

Relaxing and feeling the dampness of the dirt just below the grass.

Feeling that comfortable cool energy of the earth.

As you're breathing and relaxing,

Just feeling the earth holding you.

Protecting you.

Renewing you.

Just feeling any stress,

Any worry,

Any anxieties.

With the body leaving them in this healing space.

Breathing out,

Sending out any stress or tension or anxiety down through your roots into the earth.

Allowing the earth to hold you,

Protect you,

Heal you.

So just breathe for a few moments.

Really enjoying this relaxing space,

Feeling connected and relaxed and blissful.

Now that we're fully connected and integrated in this beautiful forest space,

All we're going to do is breathe and relax.

Breathing into the body.

Breathing in that calm and relaxing earth energy.

Breathing out tension,

Stress and worry.

Breathing in calm and breathing out tension.

So as you lay here for a little more time,

All you're going to do is breathe and relax.

Take it all in,

Allow the body to heal.

So keep breathing and relaxing for the next few minutes.

And when the music ends,

Just slowly bringing yourself back into your space.

Just feeling grateful and connected and refreshed.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.
