Gratitude helps us feel more positive emotions,
Relish in good experiences,
Improve our health and deal with adversity and build a strong relationship with ourselves.
Today we will be releasing stress,
Improving our self-esteem,
Building our resilience,
Aiding our sleep patterns,
Improving our physical health,
Improving our psychological health,
Enhancing our empathy and reducing negative.
We're going to be using our beautiful breath to relax us and talk us down from any of the busyness from the day,
Stress from the day,
Worries from the day.
Find a comfortable spot.
Once you're sitting or laying comfortably,
Just finding the breath.
Finding that breath in the room around you.
Breathing fresh air into the body.
This fresh air and oxygen is relaxing.
Feeling that breath relaxing and slowing the body.
Anytime the mind gets busy,
Just finding that breath.
The breath is your guide through this gratitude guided meditation.
We're going to start with showing gratitude to the physical body.
Breathing in breath into the whole physical body from the head to the toes.
Feeling grateful,
Feeling that energy of gratitude for your relaxed eyes.
Just noticing what that feels like when the eyes are relaxed.
Feeling gratitude,
Gratefulness for your relaxed eyes.
We're going to be breathing calm into the body,
Feeling gratitude and grateful for that calm breath.
As that slow breath moves through the body,
Feeling that gratitude,
Feeling that energy of gratefulness.
Grateful for this calm breathing,
Calm breathing in and out of the body.
Grateful for breathing,
Grateful for breath.
Grateful for how relaxed the breath can be.
Breathing in gratitude,
Breathing out gratitude.
Feeling the physical body relaxed a little bit more.
Feeling the energy and that gratefulness of the calm breath.
Feeling the soft relaxed belly,
Feeling grateful for the relaxed belly,
Relaxed muscles in the belly area.
Feeling gratitude for your belly,
Feeling gratitude for your whole digestive system.
Breathing into that soft relaxed belly area.
Breathing in gratitude and breathing out gratitude.
You're going to notice and feel the relaxed limbs in the body.
Grateful for the arms,
Grateful for the legs.
Breathing in all that gratitude for your limbs.
All and relaxed energy fills up the limbs of your body.
Breathing in gratitude and breathing out gratitude.
Just noticing and feeling this healing energy for the physical body.
If there's any areas of physical pain or tension,
Focus on those areas in the physical body.
Feeling gratitude into those areas.
Feeling grateful for having feeling in the body,
Even if it is pain and tension.
Feeling all that gratefulness for your body.
Not looking at it as good or bad.
Just breathing in gratitude,
Breathing out gratitude.
That energy fills up all these spaces of tension.
Breathing in gratitude and breathing out gratitude.
Noticing the mind.
Feeling grateful for the slowing of the mind.
Slowing of the thoughts.
Slow thoughts.
Slow mind.
Feeling grateful for your beautiful mind and all that it's capable of.
The positive,
The negative.
Breathing gratitude into the mind.
Breathing gratitude into the thoughts.
Slow mind.
Nice and relaxed.
Feel gratitude energy filling you up at the top of the head and all the way down the body.
We're going to start feeling gratitude for the intuitive characteristics that we hold.
Just feeling gratitude,
Beautiful wisdom moving through your body.
All these beautiful experience that have shaped you.
Breathing gratitude for your wisdom.
Feeling wise.
Breathing in gratitude.
Breathing out gratitude.
Just feeling and noticing what all this wisdom feels like in the body.
Feeling gratitude for the knowing that you have.
All your knowing.
All your feeling.
Just feeling grateful for this intuitive being that you are.
Feeling gratitude for all the beautiful experience that have shaped you.
And as you lay there listening and paying attention to your feelings,
Just bringing gratitude along with you.
Bringing that grateful energy into your intuitive,
Beautiful soul.

Breathing into wisdom and knowing.
Breathing out wisdom and knowing into everything that you do and feel.
Feeling that gratitude into the subconscious mind.
All of those beautiful intuitive knowings that aren't quite clear yet but are there in the subconscious mind.
Just feeling gratitude for that energy and for that subconscious mind that helps guide you every day.
Breathing in gratitude into the subconscious mind.
And breathing out all that gratitude into your life,
Into your journey.
Breathing into positive energies that you feel.
Allowing those positive energies to gain more momentum,
Feeling gratitude for all of the good and positive things in your life.

Breathing in all that grateful energy and thoughts and words into the mind.

I am grateful for fresh air.

Just feeling all the gratitude in the body even for simple,
Simplistic things in your life.
I am grateful for smiling.

I am grateful for having choices in my life.
I am grateful for the energy of forgiveness.
Breathing all that gratitude and energy into the body.

Filling you up so you can feel it at the top of the head,
Tips of the fingers,
Through the torso,
Down the legs and to the tips of the toes.
We're now going to lay for a while in this gratitude energy filling yourself up.
Doing all the healing the body needs to do with this beautiful energy of gratitude.
Just keep breathing.
Relaxing.
