Take in the total body-guided relaxation before listening to three verses of scripture: John 6:63, Romans 12:2, and Romans 8:6. These verses focus on being spiritually minded and avoiding thoughts that are carnally minded and take you away from realizing the purposeful life you are meant to live.

We'll start with a few minutes of just relaxing.

Feel your breath move in and out of your body.

Notice the consistent rhythm of this sacred sign of life moving in and out of your body.

Be still in your mind and know God.

Follow your inhalation and exhalation as the breath,

The life,

Moves throughout your body.

Use this awareness of your breath to connect to and rejoice in the Holy Spirit within you,

Your helper,

Your provider,

Your guide in life.

With every breath in and out,

Relax every part of your body.

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your face.

Just go down your body,

Noticing how each part of your body is relaxing more and more.

All you notice is your breath and your body relaxing.

Fix your thoughts on your breath and every part of your body being relaxed.

Now it's time to meditate on your vision and purpose.

Meditate on the Word of God that describes how we are transformed by the renewing of our mind.

We are transformed by the grace of God.

Fix your thoughts on the Holy Spirit,

The way,

The truth,

And the life to direct you to realizing your gifts and where to use them.

Jesus said,

The words that I speak unto you,

They are spirit and they are life.

His words are spirit and life.

To be carnally minded is death,

But to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

That peace that passes all understanding comes from the Spirit,

Comes from His words.

To be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world,

But let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.

Then you will learn to know God's will for you,

Which is good and pleasing and perfect.

Perfect.

Every good and perfect gift comes from God.

You are being renewed daily when you choose to be spiritually minded.

You are being renewed to always live a life of peace,

A life of purpose.

Continue to meditate on the Word of God and the words that the Spirit speaks to just you as long as you need to.
