Hi moms.
One of the things we struggle with most as mothers is guilt.
We punish ourselves,
Sometimes unknowingly,
And can subconsciously feel as if we're not good enough and not worthy enough.
Sometimes we consciously feel that way,
And sometimes we catch ourselves saying those things to ourselves.
Motherhood is hard.
It's not always smooth sailing,
But let's not get stuck in a cycle of despair.
Let's clear and release programs and patterns that keep us stressed out,
Angry,
Raging,
Or overwhelmed so that we can really step into this super important role with grace.
We all want to raise strong,
Confident,
Courageous,
And happy children,
And the way to do that is through self-love first and foremost.
I struggled and still struggle sometimes with this.
So enjoy these super powerful affirmations.
They will help to reprogram your mindset around motherhood,
But most importantly,
Around your self-worth.
Repeat each affirmation aloud or in your mind two times after you hear me state it.
Do this meditation as often as you like,
But I recommend every morning when your brain and your mind is still in a theta state so that your subconscious can fully receive the words.
Now let's begin.
I am a calm,
Loving,
Compassionate,
And patient mother.
My children fill me with joy.
I have fun with my kids every day.
I have a great relationship with my children.
My kids are kind and considerate.
My kids are able to think critically and solve problems successfully.
I handle stressful situations with ease.
I listen deeply to my children.
I let my children express themselves,
Their feelings,
And their dreams.
I give my children choices,
And this allows my children to bud into independent adults.
I am calm and patient.
When my children walk into the room,
I look up and acknowledge their presence.
I look my kids in the eye when they speak to me.
I validate my children's feelings.
I give my children room to weigh the consequence of their decisions.
I laugh with my kids every day.
I make time,
Quality time,
With each of my kids every day.
My children are here to teach me.
I learn from my kids.
My kids chose me and that I am so grateful for.
I am so grateful for the opportunity every day to be the best mom I can be.
I make mistakes and that's okay.
When I make mistakes,
I own them and me and my kids have meaningful talks about it.
I pick my battles wisely.
I am relaxed and confident in my role as a mother.
I am strong.
I release all guilt and move forward free.
I am free.
I am strong.
I am strong.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am a calm,
Loving,
Compassionate,
And patient mother.
I am a mother.
I am a mother.
I am a doctor.
I am a mom.
I am a mom.
I am a mom.
