I created this meditation as a gentle reminder that within each of us resides a beautiful, bright light. This light is a source of kindness and strength not only for ourselves, but also for everyone we meet. It's always present, whether we are fully aware of it or not. Just like the sun’s warmth touches every corner, our light has the power to uplift and inspire those around us. Recognizing this precious gift within us can bring comfort and hope, brightening even the darkest days. Please take a moment to enjoy this short, heartfelt practice. Transcript

Sense your body,

Feel the breath within your lungs,

And your body moves.

Feel the support beneath you.

Feel your feet on the ground.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself standing on a beautiful white sandy beach.

Above you,

The warm sunshine bathes your body in sunlight.

The sunlight heals,

The sunlight brings life to so many things,

And to us.

Sunlight can elevate our moods,

Bring us joy,

But we all have a beautiful bright light inside of us,

Our essence of who we are.

We bring this essence and this bright light to all those we encounter,

Shining our beauty and our love,

Sharing our gifts with the world.

This light is always within us,

Even when times are seemingly not going great,

And when they're seemingly going great.

Remembering that this beautiful light is within us can bring a sense of security and safety and comfort.

You are a beacon of light to all those you come in contact with.

It's important to share our gifts and know the gifts that we have to share.

When we believe wholeheartedly in our beauty within,

We are able to share it with the world like the sunlight.

As you begin to wiggle your toes,

Feel this beautiful white sand on this beach that you're standing on.

Tickle the bottoms of your feet and your toes,

Bringing you back to your body.

Remember that you have a bright light shining within you,

Friend.

Once again,

Sense your body,

Sense the temperature of your room,

The support that you're sitting on,

And take a deep breath,

Bringing you back to your body.
