The pain and grief that follow the loss of a pet are real, and it's common to experience a range of emotions. These responses are natural and normal. Allowing your emotions to surface while focusing on your breath will help these feelings to flow through you and be fully felt. Our breath is always there for us, providing a safe and steady anchor during emotional and stressful times, such as the loss of a pet. By returning to our breath, we cultivate trust within ourselves, which helps to calm and center us. It also teaches us to be present in the moment. Allow me to offer this reminder, welcoming memories of our beloved pets allows us to keep them close to our hearts. Be open and allow all those memories to come in. Use the strength of your breath to gently guide these memories through their process with tenderness and care. Music by Lost Ghosts, Grim History & Solitude, What You Fee
