Hold your cacao,
Feel the cup and breathe the smell of the cacao and fill it into your heart and take another deep set your intentions giving time for yourself with no distractions if possible.
Slowly another deep breath bringing your cup closer to your lips and sipping in and feel the flow through the mouth into your heart into your sacral chakra.
Take a long and as you exhale your attention to your heart and imagine a emerald green chakra.
Take another deep and sipping and feel the flow of energy as the energy is moving into your heart space.
Set your intentions with this beautiful cacao journey to bring you with notice the life symbolizing a beautiful green glow of your heart chakra.
Bringing your attention to your heart center visualize a beautiful green glow light at your heart space.
Wait to expand and expand gently to the rest of your body and feel the energy of of filling your cells,
Your muscles and flowing through your body from your crown to the soles of your feet.
Taking another sip of cacao and feel its flow and recognize the heart in the heartbeat and now gently feel that ground beneath you and breathe into that energy.
Feel the pulsating of mother earth beneath your feet and visualize thick deep roots growing down from the soles of your feet through the layers gently into the core of the mother earth is a beautiful beautiful giant crystal residing and let these roots gently crack crystal.

Allow that portal to expand expand into your auric field and with the next breath allowing your energies to move into this beautiful forest where you are safe and protected and imagine standing under a large tree and with a huge canopy spreading in all directions feel the energy of the mother cacao spreading out the roots spreading out your energies and feeling you be part of this large tree.
Notice that wind rustling through its bright green leaves making a gentle hush like sound of your inner child to be in that exploring time and start climbing the tree as you move up you pass thick branches laden with green even sunlight finds it hard to filter through the green leaves that provide a cool soothing shade for you.
You reach to the top of the tree and you're totally safe and secure in that beautiful space of the surroundings you feel lighter and lighter as you are here on the top of the tree in every direction you look you just notice the beautiful green lush trees in all shades of colors of green as the tree nurtures and nourishes gives us the strength and support it's holding you in that safety place.
