There is no place to go,

Closing your eyes,
Sitting comfortably,
Feel your body relaxing.
You are taking time from your day to just relax and let go of all stress and all tension.
Listen,
Listen to the beat of your heart.
Listening to your heart beating,
Feeling your heart beating,
You find yourself relaxing.
You find yourself slowing down,
Your eyelids becoming heavier and heavier as you feel your head and your face and the muscles of your face relaxing.
You feel your lips gently part as your jaws relax.
You feel your scalp relaxing.
Your shoulders are getting heavier and heavier,
Relaxing.
With every breath in,
With every breath out,
Your body becomes more and more relaxed.
You feel your arms getting heavier,
Your muscles melting,
You're letting go of all stress and all tension in your body as your shoulders fall away from your ears,
Creating more space between your head and your shoulders,
Your upper body relaxing.
You feel tension flowing out of your arms and down and out your fingertips.
You can hear the sounds of the room,
But your mind doesn't pay attention.
And with each sound,
Your mind becomes more and more still,
Your mind becoming more and more quiet,
Going deeper and deeper inside.
You feel your back letting go of all tension,
All accumulated stress,
Just letting go.
Feeling the rising and falling of your breath as you breathe in and out.
And as you feel the rising and falling of your chest,
You feel the tension leaving your chest.
With every breath out,
Tension and stress leaves your back,
Tension and stress leaves your abdomen,
Your entire torso relaxes.
And your thighs and calves relaxing as the tension drains out the bottoms of your feet.
You experience the wonderful feeling of being completely relaxed.
Imagine with each breath in and each breath out,
Your body continues to relax,
Your mind becoming more and more still.
You feel more and more at peace.
Feeling the rising and falling of your chest as you breathe in and out,
You continue to relax.
If any thought comes in,
Imagine you breathe out any unnecessary thoughts,
Allowing yourself to feel peaceful,
Calm and quiet.
Taking this moment to just be.
Listening to the music,
Taking away all thoughts.
Now focus on the beating of your heart.
You feel the beating from inside your chest.
You hear your breath as you breathe in and out.
Once again,
Feeling the rising and falling of your chest.
You start to feel more and more alert.
Starting to stretch your arms and your shoulders.
Stretching your legs and your back.
As if you are waking from a deep sleep,
But very relaxed.
As I count from five to one,
You become more and more alert.

More awake and aware,
But peaceful.

Feeling clear and rested.

More awake,
Feeling calm.

Clarity,
Energy and vibrancy enters into your body.
