Step into the vast nothingness of your mind. Feel connected to your breath. Practice deep, long breaths in and deep, long breaths out. And feel the sound vibrate through you. Balancing all of your energy centers. May the water cleanse your mind as you energetically purge. Release all that no longer serves you. Become one with the sound.
