Find a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

Gently close your eyes and begin by taking a few deep breaths in through your nose and exhaling through your nose.

Letting go of any tension or distractions.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Bring your awareness to your heart centre.

Imagine a warm,

Radiant light glowing within your chest.

Right at the centre of your being.

This light represents pure,

Unconditional love.

The kind of love that transcends judgements and limitations.

With each breath,

Allow this loving light to expand,

Filling your entire body with its gentle warmth.

Feel it radiating outwards,

Surrounding you in a cocoon of self-compassion.

As this light grows,

Any negative self-talk or doubts dissolve,

Replaced by a sense of profound acceptance and love.

Now focus on a mirror within your mind's eye.

As you gaze into this mirror,

See your reflection smiling back at you with genuine affection.

Look into your own eyes and feel the depth of your own kindness and understanding.

You are worthy of love,

Exactly as you are.

Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.

I am enough.

I am deserving of love and compassion.

I accept myself unconditionally.

Visualise yourself embracing your reflection in the mirror,

Wrapping your arms around yourself in a warm,

Nurturing hug.

Feel the comfort and tenderness of this embrace,

Knowing that you are embracing your true self,

Flaws and all.

Stay in this moment for as long as you need,

Bathing in the warmth of self-love.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhale gratitude for this time you've given yourself.

Exhale any remaining doubts or worries.

Slowly open your eyes,

Returning to the present moment.

Carry the sense of unconditional self-love with you throughout your day,

Treating yourself with the same kindness and compassion you've cultivated in this meditation.
