Rosy Cross Breathwork Meditation

This is an excellent beginning breathwork practice with a visualization focusing on the work connected to the Rosy Cross Meditation, the visualization techniques were referenced from Rudolph Steiner's Rosy Cross Meditation practice and the breathwork is from the traditional Rosy Cross practice with the toning as well. These are core foundational breathwork practices for all magickal work and link directly to the great work or path to ascenzion and enlightenment.

Just take a moment to get into your body feeling all of your muscles, Bones, Ligaments, Joints, All the parts of you. Just take a deep full breath in, Noticing all those parts, Fingers, Toes, Hands, Feet, Arms, Legs, Noticing your torso, Breathing out slow, Breathing all the way out, And breathing In now again slowly and deliberately, Deep into your belly, Deep into your lungs, Deep As you can and hold it. Just notice how you feel, Holding your breath, Being present in this moment, And then slowly And easily breathe it out gently. Just give yourself permission to relax into the space, Feeling yourself safely held. Another slow, Easy, Deep breath in now, Without any judgment, Any held attachments to anything, Just breathing in as deep as you can, As completely as you can, And then I want you to hold it. Just be aware of your breath, Letting your oxygen move into your bloodstream, Breathing Out slow, Letting yourself be in this moment, Feeling yourself safely held by the space, Safely held by the room, By the floor, By Mother Earth below us, And your mind now thanking Her presence, Thanking her for holding our space. Taking a deep breath in, Thanking Mother Earth, And slowly breathe out, Feeling grounded, Feeling whole. And now I'd like you to notice yourself standing in an open field, Feeling the grass beneath Your feet, Looking around you and seeing there in front of you a rose, A very small Rose plant with just a single rose open there before you. This rose can be any color, It's beautiful, And as you look at it, You notice it just As it is, And you recognize it as a grounded, Supported, Held being, And just holding that Space now with the rose. As you notice it, Appreciate its journey, The movement that it has taken in its life From that of a seed, Growing roots, Stems, Coming upward, Striving upwards to grow, To grow large enough to grow leaves, To grow thorns as it grows up, Even larger to grow buds. Seeing those buds open as you watch this beautiful rose before you, Seeing its whole Story in this moment, Holding gratitude for the rose, Focusing your attention back on Yourself, Now I want you to visualize a tiny seed of this rose. See it now as a seed filled with light, And allow it to be there, Floating above your Head, And now together we're going to breathe in slowly, And as you breathe in, I want you To allow light to pour through you, The top of your head, Through this seed. Feel this light pour down through you now as you breathe in slow, Breathing this light All the way down through your face, Your shoulders, Your spine, Your arms, Your legs, Down into The earth, Breathing in deeper, Growing roots of light down into the earth, Breathing in As deep as you can, Growing these roots deeper and deeper, Holding this space here with Mother Earth, With these roots of light, Holding your breath, Feeling Mother Earth charge, Re-center this energy of roots, Feeling those roots now as you breathe out, Allowing light To flow back up through your legs, Your arms, Into your chest, And moving outward through Your heart now, Blossoming out as a rose, Blooming all around you with this beautiful Feeling of opening as a rose as you breathe out completely, Pushing all the air out, And sitting in that clear space beyond breath, Just for a moment. Slowly breathing in, Pulling that light down through you again, Straight down through you, Through that seed at the top of your head, Pulling that cord of light down through your Body, Down through your legs and your arms, Down into the earth, Breathing in deeper, Breathing that light all the way out of you, Until it's all in the roots, Charging all the Until it's all in the roots, Charging with Mother Earth, Filling with her light as she fills us, Holding that space, Holding that breath, And then slowly breathing out and allowing that light to pour back up through your legs, Going up through your hips and your waist, Up through your chest and out through your heart, Expanding around you, Opening as a rose, Flowing up to the top of your head, Overflowing out through you and around you in a toroidal field of light, And breathe in again, Pulling that light down through the top of your head, All the way down through your body, Flowing all the way down into the earth, Growing those roots of light, Strengthening Your grounding presence with Mother Earth as she welcomes you with gratitude, You breathe in deeper, Holding that light with her, And breathing out slow now, Allowing that light to pour back up through you as she has rejuvenated You in this light, Blooming this beautiful rose out of your heart, Overflowing through your whole Body with this circulating, Healing, Clearing, Open light, Allowing yourself to be blossoming In this space as you stand here appreciating the beautiful rose before you, Thanking the rose's resonance as you thank your own, Taking another deep full breath in, Breathing that light down through you, Breathing in deeper, Pulling light all the way down through you, Down through your feet, Down into the earth, Breathing in as deep as you can, Holding all that light there, And this time when we breathe out, We're going to breathe out an ah sound together to harmonize our light, To harmonize our space, To harmonize our heart centers towards blossoming and blooming As one space, Breathing in deeper, Holding it, Breathing out together with the sound, Ah Taking another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, Pulling that light down through you intentionally now, Allowing it to flow through those spaces in you that need that extra light, Breathing in more, Filling up completely as you allow the light to pour out of you into the earth, Filling up more as we light up the floor beneath us, Breathing out slow with an ah sound again together, Allowing yourself to be in that heart resonance, Feeling yourself as the rose blooming, Blossoming in your life, In that open space in your heart, Telling yourself here and now, I love you, Allowing yourself to receive all of the love and appreciation that you are surrounded with In this light now, Breathing it again from the top of your head, Breathing that light down through you, Breathing it again from the top of your head, Breathing that light down through you, Feeling it flow down through your body, Through every cell, Breathing in deeper, Feeling it go all the way down through the floor, Down into those roots, Holding, Anchoring you, Supporting you, Stabilizing you and yourself In your body, In your mind, And in your heart, Breathing in even more, Holding it, This time, Holding that love for yourself as you breathe out with that ah sound together, Ready? Taking another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, And then we're going to take another slow, Easy, Deep breath out, And then we're going to take another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, And then we're going to take another slow, Easy, Deep breath out, Ah, Taking another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, Being present with this light that's through you now, Being present as the rose blossoming, Welcoming yourself grounded into the gifts of spirit, Breathing in that light again, From the top of your head, Pouring it down through you, Allowing this presence to flow through healing in your life in all directions, Breathing in deeper, Pulling that light all the way through you, Even more, Holding it, Allowing it to fill and brighten as all of our light is intertwined in the space, This time, Breathing out with an ah-ohm, Ready? Taking another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, And then we're going to take another slow, Easy, Deep breath out, And then we're going to take another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, And then we're going to take another slow, Easy, Deep breath out, Taking another slow, Easy, Deep breath in, Connecting into presence, Holding that space with yourself as this blossoming rose of light, Thanking Source for holding this space for you here, Allowing this presence as you allow this resonance, Taking one more big, Deep breath in, Pulling this light all the way through you, Allowing this radiance to be in your days, Your weeks, Your months, Your years, Breathing in even deeper, Holding it intentionally, Breathing in more, Together, Another ah-ohm, Ready? Ah-ohm. Taking another slow, Intentional breath, Holding gratitude for this clarity, Holding gratitude for ourselves blossoming Into the beautiful, Eternal beings that we are, Allowing this light to grow as we grow and expand, As we allow this expansion and this blossoming and this transformation, It becomes, And so it is. Bringing yourself back towards presence, Noticing your surroundings, Your surroundings, Finding yourself in your fingers and toes, Your hands and feet, Being back in your arms and legs and your torso, Back behind your eyes as that still, Small, Eternal voice, And when you're ready, You can open your eyes, Feeling wide awake and wonderful.
