Guided Meditation Sound Journey For Healing Self Esteem

This meditation is part of a 7 meditation series where we heal aspects of the self that relate to the chakra system. This third one is for healing self esteem, which corresponds to aspects of the solar plexus chakra and confidence. The meditation focuses on healing all aspects of self worth before going into a sound healing journey to bring deeper healing of self esteem with Karuna Reiki chanting and toning along with crystal healing bowls, pyramids and other sound healing instruments.

This sound bath meditation is for self-worth, Self-esteem, And anxiety. Now to begin, Focus on your breathing. Breathing in gently and easily into your lungs, Down into your belly, Filling your space, Your interior cavity with air, With prana, That revitalizing energy with each breath, Letting you feel more and more relaxed. I want you to begin to focus on your feet, Gently and easily unraveling all the muscles around your feet now, As this energy just moves through you and around you. Up through your feet, Into your ankles, Up through your calves, Into your knees, Moving into your thighs now, Just loosening, Unraveling, Letting go of all the tension tightness that's stored there. As it moves into your hips and your waist, You feel this gentle wave of relaxation flow up through your torso, Flowing up higher and higher into your stomach, Your chest, Going all the way up to your neck, Down through your shoulders and your arms, Relaxing, Releasing, Connecting to this moment, Being aware of your feelings, Your sensations, And being able to focus and understand and accept oneself as the feeling and wave of relaxation moves upward now through your neck, Into your jaw, Relaxing, Letting go of the tightness held in your jaw, Feeling yourself let go of holding your tongue, Feeling yourself let go of being stuck, Feeling this wave, This opening feeling as it flows up into your cheeks, Flowing around your eyes, Unraveling all the muscles around your eyelids now, Gently, Easily, This wave of relaxation, This peaceful intonation flows upward up the back of your head, Caressing the top of your head in a pulsation, Going back down through your body, Through your head, Your neck, Shoulders, Down your spine, Letting go, Down through each leg, Into the earth now, Connecting, Grounding, Centering, Feeling yourself stable, Secure, Confident, Understanding that you are here to reclaim that sense of sureness, To allow yourself acceptance. So focusing on your breathing now, Letting each breath move you just a little deeper, Just a little more still. So now I want you to focus on your solar plexus, The center of your chest, This flame, This torch that lights your path, Just feel the energy there, Be aware of it, Does it feel tight in that space, Does it feel open? Just allow that sound to shift, To open, Allow yourself to accept yourself, Allow yourself to be yourself, Reminding yourself, Telling yourself here and now, I love you, Telling yourself, I love you, Telling yourself, I'm sorry, Sorry for fear, Sorry for anger, Sorry for holding, I'm sorry, Telling yourself, I forgive you, I forgive you, Like an echo through your soul, I forgive you. Opening, Allowing, Clearing that space, Feeling your solar plexus flame get brighter and brighter as you burn away the attachments, As you burn away the health, Pain, The fear, The anxiety, The worry, The expectation, Feeling the base.
