Hello.
This meditation is about physical healing.
Healing anything ailing your body.
It's a point of source on the earth.
So just gently take a deep full breath.
Deep down into your stomach,
Your belly.
Just feel it gently rise.
Hold it there for a moment.
Just feel that energy well up just a little bit and just release it slowly and easily.
Now just connect for a second with your body.
Feel yourself beneath your clothes.
Put your awareness there.
And now for a moment,
Extend your awareness back out.
Who is it that's driving this body?
That hears my voice.
So just paying attention to your breath now.
Fully and completely centering.
Feeling yourself just settle in.
Putting your awareness on this moment.
Feeling the sensations in your skin.
Feeling the air around you on your skin gently and easily.
Letting your awareness just build with each breath becoming more and more deeply relaxed.
And now as you breathe in,
Feel your chest and your stomach well up as you hold your breath for a moment.
Just feel that energy well up there.
Hold it as long as you can safely.
As you're ready and as you're able,
Breathing out slow and easily,
Feeling your whole body just kind of just release and relax.
Now as you breathe in deeply again,
Hold it there for a moment,
As deep as you can take it.
Holding your breath gently,
Safely.
And then safely letting it out.
Feeling yourself just relaxed.
Now I want you to focus on any part of your body that needs some form of healing.
Adjusting,
Realigning.
Just focus on that part.
Send all the attention and the awareness to that part,
That aspect,
Whatever kind of healing is needed.
Any type of healing at all.
Leaving your awareness there for a moment.
Watch for that same moment,
I want you to go to the pain.
Draw your awareness there.
And focus on it for a moment,
Really do it.
Really get in the pain,
In the difficult feelings.
Let them kind of ruminate.
Be with them for a moment,
But be aware.
Observe.
Connect,
But don't let it consume you.
Now seeing your awareness on that pain.
See it there as an object.
See it there as an object,
Picturing it,
Giving it a color,
Shape,
Size.
Now seeing it there.
As large as can be in front of you.
Thank it for whatever lesson it needs to teach you in your life.
And then release it.
Let it go.
And as you let it go,
Picture it,
Gently fade away.
Getting smaller and smaller as it moves away from you.
In your mind's eye,
Just moving away further and further away,
Smaller and smaller and smaller.
Just going further and further.
And as you let it go,
Just go on and on and on.
And eventually,
It just goes out of view.
And now,
From high above you see this bright,
Shining light approaching.
Feel safe and warm.
You feel the warmth on your face as it gets closer and closer.
As it touches the top of your head,
You feel a wave of relaxation flow through you.
Beginning at the top of your head,
Flowing down over your forehead and around your eyelids,
Just gently releasing all the little muscles there,
Loosening them.
Let them feel heavy and relaxed.
And this feeling flows down to your cheeks now and all around your ears,
The little muscles in your head flowing around the back of your head and down into your neck and back into your cheeks,
Down to your chin and down into your neck and into your shoulders,
Just unraveling all the muscles there.
As it flows down your spine and into your chest and down your arms,
To your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
And out your fingertips.
Feeling this feeling of relaxation flow down your chest into your stomach,
Flowing down your waist and your hips into your thighs.
Feeling as a wave of relaxation unraveling the muscles,
Sending any tense or tight or sore muscles,
Just a wave of relaxing,
Opening,
Releasing energy flowing through it.
As it flows down over your knees,
Unraveling the muscles there,
Flowing into your calves,
Down your ankles,
Over the top of your feet,
Down out the bottom of your feet,
Through your toes.
Feeling your body just absorbing the light that just passed through it.
Just feeling connected to it now as we drift,
Let the sound carry you on.
May it be a meaningful role for you.
" Now just soak in the silence.
Just let it resonate through your being.
Appreciate the openness you feel now.
Welcome it.
And now pay attention to this moment.
Just being fully present in it just for this one instant.
Just be in it.
Capture it.
Remember.
Choose to remember.
And now knowing deep within that you're better for this,
This is so.
Slowly take your time coming back into perfect state of awareness,
Being fully present,
More aware,
More alert,
Refreshed and revitalized.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Feeling wide awake,
Wonderful in every way.
