When you start to feel better.

Let's begin today by taking a moment to slow down.

Slow down our pace.

Slow down our thoughts.

And feel the energy in our bodies.

Allow that energy to guide you,

Listening carefully.

First,

Relax into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Let the tones guide you.

Let the tones guide you.

Let these tones allow you to relax.

Now begin by breathing in slowly.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out slowly.

Let's breathe in again,

Drawing in as much of your breath as possible and releasing that energy slowly.

Breathing in again and exhaling out slowly.

As we continue to do this,

Imagine your mind slowly becoming at ease.

Let the tones guide you.

As we're listening,

Take notice of the sounds as well as the silence in between.

Let's invite any thoughts,

Any emotions,

Any energies that come up and allow their presence without any judgment.

Let's return to our breathing.

One deep inhale.

A slow exhale.

Let's try that again.

Taking a deep breath and exhaling once more.

As you focus on your breath,

Feel the tension releasing from your body,

All the way from your head down to your toes.

As you bring yourself back into your awareness,

Feel the change in the energy in your body and in your mind.

Feel free to adjust your position if you need to.
