Today,
Let's take a moment and slow down and feel ourselves in the present moment.
Let's think about what it means to be present and also to be aware.
Sometimes there could be a buildup of negative energies and emotions that keep us from living in the present moment.
So let's allow ourselves to be aware of that and also guide us to being calm and still,
To allow ourselves to completely be present in our minds and our bodies.
A good way of doing this is to start with some breathing exercises.
So what we can do is take a deep inhale through the nose and a slow exhale out through the mouth.
Let's try that again.
Taking a deep,
Slow inhale through the nose and a slow,
Gentle exhale out.
Continue to do this a few more times.
If you haven't done so already,
Make sure that you're relaxed and sitting or laying down in a comfortable position.
Now continuing with our breathing,
Taking a deep inhale in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.
You could also take a moment to set an intention for the meditation.
It could be of your choosing.
It could be something small,
Something big,
Or somewhere in between.
Take a moment and think about that intention.
Allow the sounds that you hear to guide you on a journey.
A journey full of vibration and energy.
Listen to the tones and the sounds.
Allow them to guide your energy.
And allow yourself to move with that energy.
As we come back to our awareness,
Let's take a moment and continue our breathing exercises.
This time you might start off with shallow breaths and working your way up to deeper breaths.
Deeper inhales and deeper exhales.
You could find a nice rhythm of your choosing that works best for you.
It's very easy to tell since the nose,
